how can i update note 4 to lollipop, as system update option is already greyed out in settings, how to enable it and update to lollipop??
Search forums for Lollipop firmware (N10AUCU1C0C4) and use Odin to flash update directly instead of OTA.

I'm rooted and I want to recieve OTA update to upgrade to the latest firmware but as I'm rooted I cannot get an OTA update . Is there any way to recieve OTA update on rooted Galaxy Grand ?

You can receive OTA if you haven't modified your phone extensively. If you have any custom ROM installed it probably won't work.
