Isn't there a zip floating around that we can flash on any rom?

I don't think that works for a volume hack.. its just a quick feature to adjust volume..

Don't think it will work for us as we do not seem to have the default_gain.conf as explained by the dev

Edit mijah had the insane sound mod and this app tones it down to levels of your likeing is what Bigtoysrock said.

Goodness has a insane volume hack already baked in.. I'm not using that rom.

Here is a sound mod that is in between the very loud sound mod and stock. This one was made for the People's Rom...

Mostly likely not, knowing he made it up for a TW Rom. I'm sure there's something around for CM and AOSP.

Yeah it actually disables the sound in cm/aosp. Lol.
So if u want no sound and you are on cm/aosp.... Flash this! Lol.

interested in how this affects battery

There is an area in settings that you can press whether you want the app listening all the time or just when the screen is on. The feature for listening all the time is still in beta. I haven't had much time to test out whether it effects battery life or not though.

i don't think mine is listening at all. there used to be a little mic icon in bar, but no longer there. how can i turn on again, please?

Are you using open mic+ or you using the touchless control apk? If your using the apk it wont work someone has to port it.

No art is not included in this release. But as same as G2 it will be included in the next update.

No, not yet. Only F240L and F240S updates were released.

All optimus g pro phones in Korea had it for a while. Double tapping on the status bar or any empty space in the home screen turns off the screen.

I found this workaround with stock att g2. And it still works on g3 ports.
Rather share than have people rooting just to have themes

Although when I do it I am able to access the themes section, there are no themes to select. Nor when I download them do they end up on the list. Any help would be appreciated

Yes they do I have 2 downloaded 1 from LG world and another from here on xda and they show up

They have themes at the Play Store. Just search with "LG Home themes" as your search criteria.

Edit: Was due to using Google Now Launcher. Flipped to stock and was golden.
