Lockscreen text color. - G4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Pretty simple, and maybe I'm just missing something.
Using a custom wallpaper for my lockscreen, and the text is white. This is almost impossible to read on my lockscreen.
I cannot seem to find how to change this? Any ideas?

Changing Color of Text

Just looking for some help in how to change the font color as it's showing up white on mine and with some of my backgrounds I can't make out the writing. Also looking for some help in how to change the color of my flip clock and maybe some help in changing the fonts for the flip clock as well. I've searched the boards and nothing is showing me how.

Color menus like found in Aloysius? Question.

I really like the color menus found in Aloysius but I just want the menus, not all the changed icons etc.
What would be the best way to get color menus only? Can I remove what I don't want from the zip or has anyone else made a color menu for the EVO yet?
Thank you!

[Q] Change notification colors

Is there a way to change the background colors or the text colors of the notifications. For example, the CNN app uses black text, but the background is also dark grey, so I can't read anything that is displayed. If someone could at least point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.

[Q] Is Fade and Gradient broken?

Can someone explain to me how Fade and Gradient fill styles are meant to work please? As far as I can see, neither produces results I would expect.
For example, open up the advanced parameters on a progress bar and specify the "fill mode other color" as, say, white. Then try changing the colour under the fill mode or the foreground colour - no change to the widget colour.
With Gradient fill, all I want to do is go from opaque white to transparent white but Zooper decides to get there it needs to go through yellow!
I'm either not understanding how the UI is meant to work here or these options are really busted. Anyone able to offer any help?
Example of the gradient problem is attached.

Yeah damn things been like this for a while. Shows some yellowish color for me usually. Mess with the foreground/background colors and it'll work right. Just have to F with it.
HSV gradient instead of a RGB gradient ?
I have the same issue and then googled a little. After reading these two pages "perbang.dk/rgbgradient" and "bensouthgate.com/p/12_3_13.php" (I can not post link now), I think the gradient is based on HSV and not RGB; the later seems however be more intuitive and correspond to what I imagine for a gradient from white to another color.
I don't think we can code a RGB gradient from the Advanced Parameter because some functions are currently missing.
If anyone has an idea...

[Q]Hover suddenly transparent background

My hover notifications suddenly got a transparent background. I haven't changed any setting related to it. Any clue as to which kind of tweaks could have affected it?
When I try to manually set the color back to where it was it doesn't change anything, it stays transparent no matter which color I set.
How are you changing colors on a feature that has no settings? Are you using a theme?
