Anyone?

I am pitching an idea that I have no idea how to implement. I am NOT a developer nor would I be able to acquire the skills necessary quickly. the reason for this post is to ask the community if it would be possible to create a ROM for the Galaxy Nexus or some other old easily unlockable phone that would mimic the functionality of an Android wear watch for use as a head unit in a vehicle similar to Android auto. Of course the ROM would not be the only custom aspect of this project one would also need to create or modify the wear UI in order to facilitate the functions of Android auto. the reason I believe Android wear API would be a good starting place for this project is because internet connection is shared between client and server devices. this would facilitate sharing of information between the devices without needing an Internet connection on the vehicle side. this would also allow the phone to automatically connect wirelessly to the head unit. the current Android auto hacks all require USB OTG. let me know your thoughts and try not to flame me too badly.

Perfect!
I love your ROM so much
but I have something to ask...
why does the music player show low quality of album art...??
although my album art pics are HD..
I've been using this ROM for two months and I didn't notice that problem with the music player.
But I've got another problem with this ROM, I cannot install any cm11 theme. Is there a way to fix it?

Wifi Always in use
Great rom, very smooth during normal usage for me. Only thing I've noticed is that after doing the wifi fix, my wifi arrows are always lit along with a 30% or so battery drain. Anyone else notice this as well?
Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 SM-T310, been running FastDream for a day. I made sure to kill all running apps before I went to bed, using Advanced Task Killer.
Sm-t310 test
Seems great the ROM. Im going to check it out on my SM-T310 WIFI. I saw people having problems with the SM-T311 & SM-T315. Im going to let you guys know if this works as it says.

I've installed this initial release, and most important things (minus the known issues) seem to be working great. Would love to see hardware key customization make its way back, which I am confident must be on its way in the near future.
One issue I am having, though, has to do with streaming videos. I have the NHL GameCenter Live app, but when I go to stream live games, I get the audio just fine, but am given green screen as the video. Any thoughts on this? Being Windows user, my mind immediately wonders if there is a codec that I need; however, I admit that I do not know much about how this stuff works on Android.
Thanks for your work and help with my issue!

Widget show bad time.
Hello.
I've got a problem. Widget shows bad time (hours exactly).
Do you know why?
Thanks in advance.
Big ben watch faces
Great tutorial - made it really easy. Spent a bit of time getting the day of the month working - it does need that widgets:template="dd" attribute.
Anyway - I've made a few watch packs and thought I'd share the first of them, just published on the Play store:

Smart Remote

Could be, this phone had to have had one of the longest runs as far as developing is concerned. Now with Sprint on the verge of doing away with WiMaX, I think it's a safe best that this phone will finally be laid to rest lol

Well it makes for one hell of a smart remote. I keep mine in the living room and use it to cast and control my TV. I installed an app to disable the cellular radio to save the battery. It's great to have a full keyboard on the remote you are using.
