Hi!
I've just switched to PA for my Nexus 4 (downloaded from http://get.aospa.co/official/mako) and I can't find the Pie Controls as well as immersive mode (to hide the navigation bar). I tried to find some info online about that, but with no luck.
Is it a work in progress or I am missing something?
Thanks!
Those are 4.x features that haven't made it into 5.x yet. If you want those features you need 4.6b6

Immersive mode is available in the latest build.
Sent from my Moto E using xda Forums PRO
Related
1. Disable vibration when unlocking device with fingerprint
2. Ability to modify navigation bar including having a "sleep" button
3. Toggle data (LTE) in quick settings (meaning that you don't need to toggle it with two clicks)
If a certain ROM has only one of these features (for example number 2 which is most important) it's also okay.
Thanks!
PureNexus has all three.

Amazing, thank you.
Are you talking about their 7.0 build? I should have been more specific, but I'm looking for a Nougat ROM.

No, 6.0.1, however I'm not sure, if the Nougat build has these features already.
After days of deciding..
Yes!! i have risked my device warranty for the sake of fun and excitement. HAHA LOL
For those who asked if we can flash Treble GSI (Generic System Image) on our device. The answer is Yes, FOR ME AT LEAST!
No complicated steps or whatsoever.
I just followed the steps from this link and downloaded the GSI of my choice. CREDITS TO ALL THE DEVELOPERS WHO WORKED FOR THIS PROJECT.
https://www.xda-developers.com/flash-generic-system-image-project-treble-device/
TRY THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK! I will not be held accountable to whatever happens to your device. This post is just to prove that indeed our device is treble enabled.
Some important things to note:
- You have backup of your data
- You have a working ADB
- There might be functionalities that is not working at the moment (Read the changelogs of your GSI choice before downloading)
- The notch looks bad on these builds (Android P might be able to fix this when it arrives)
- Your device should be in stock ROM (no heavy modifications such as xposed , magisk etc..) ROOT Not needed
- You should put your device on factory reset before trying this.
I have attached some screenshots of my test.

The only bug i have notice so far in PixelExperience is sometimes mobile data does not turned on when you toggle it in the quick tiles. you have to restart your phone then it will work after that.

Yes. same as with lineage. for me its tolerable since no information is being shown at that part of the status bar.
Do you think changing the dpi would help with that

I'm not sure bro. One thing i tried is changing the display size in settings. It looks better but everything looks so big. so i reverted to the default one.

What ROM are you using right now? i think you can extract it from the image of that ROM. sorry if this not as helpful.
he is on Stock Rom and he would like one guy put the stock recovery.img here
Excellent job. Thank you. I understand the camera is basic, but how is image quality? Looking forward to Google Camera port tests. And perhaps the ZE620KL fully ported so can make use of the landscape camera. Not a huge deal, but would be nice, no?
As visible on screenshot, Asus Camera is properly visible in the launcher (because of being put to vendor by Asus), but does it run well?
Any April t user try mokee. Anyone at all try it?
Actuality after reading this post I went and flashed it, It felt very buggy to me. I think it may be because I rebooted in between installing the ROM and installing gapps. I may give it another go just to see. If that is my issue it would be awesome to have a ROM that get updated so often.
My fav so far is Havoc, but requires additional vend after flashing sys. Also some buggy features to workout like recents

Hi, which is the most stable pie rom with many OOS features including Navigation Gestures for OP5T.
Thanks.
Codename Phoenix is easily the answer to this. Fully working OOS cam as well.
Definitely Codename Phoenix (CnP)

Xtended ROM should satisfy you.
And unlike CnP, community has contacts with devs to suggest things and submitting bug, and i'd personnally recommend you something closed source.

have you used redflare kernel
because any custom rom is something and the kernel is another thing
I can assure you with RF you get the smoothest custom rom experience (smoother than OOS)

I am liking Codename Phoenix as well.
The only thing it lacks is ambient notifications and WiFi Calling. Once the blobs for 9.0 WiFi Calling are released, should be good to go!

I've tried CNP and it's cool, but you gotta try the sweetness of Liquid Remix. Amazing battery life, camera, and customization options.
I'm still on Havoc-OS which the dev has said wont be updated to Android 10. So I was wondering which Android 10 custom roms other Pixel2 XL are using.
Using Abc Rom here
ABCQ https://t.me/FlashKernelPixel2/130684
It's pretty good
Where to get some info about ABC Rom ?

It's a clean stock-ish rom, the themes work, you can change quick settings rows and columns, swipe fingerprint to clear notifications. Media cover art and blur as well. Seems to get updated weekly.
