Urgent help, Xperia Arc not responding

I was using my phone, downloading some wallpapers n all. and suddenly my phone hangs and get restarted. After that when it got restarted it is not responding. My phone get started, shows that i have some messages and missed calls but it doesnot respond, neither buttons are working and after few seconds display goes black.

Just reflash using the flashtool using the same rom, but don't wipe data and see if that helps.

With flashing i'll loose my warranty, is there any other way..? My phone is brand new, neither rooted

Use SEUS or PC Companion then if you're worried about warranty, but the flashtool is the preferred method.

How to reinstall the firmware using PC Companion? When i go to software update to reinstall the firmware, it shows me to drop down the notification bar and select USB connect. But i cant do that as my phone is not working. Help pls

If you can't get in flashmode (which requires the phone to be off) then it's a trip to the service center, or contact Alejandrissimo or Jinx13 for remote help.

[Q] Stuck at Sony Ericsson splash screen?

I rooted my play, got the CWM installer, did a backup, did a factory reset, then flashed JJ's Hybrid ROM (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1573547).
Then I rebooted, but it won't boot. It's just stuck at the "Sony Ericsson" splash screen. I've tried going into recovery, won't work. Also taken the battery out and tried again, but that didn't work either.
I read in another thread that you can't flash with less than 50% charge? Mine may have been at around 48% at the time...
Does anyone know where I went wrong, and more importantly how to get my phone working again?

Is your bootloader unlocked? Because the rom only works with unlocked bootloader

Hmmm... I tried to flash it but it said I needed to install the drivers. I installed the drivers, but it still says "ERROR - Drivers need to be installed for connected device"
Any idea?

I think I have the same problem. My device is not recognized at all, how am I supposed to use flashtool?

Do you have pc companion and update service installed too? I had the same error with earlier flashtools and installing those two programs seemed to make it work nicely

Sorry for the lame link, couldn't find an "official" one, but can confirm the above works. I flashed mine yesterday back to stock with it.

HELP!!! Xperia Play R800i Not Turning On!!

Hi,
I bought a new Xperia Play R800i about 2 months Old. I rooted it by forcing ZergRush via Xperia Flasher 3 weeks back. I wanted to upgrade My Phone to Android 4 i download the Dark ICS rom but couldn't flash it because it wasn't a .ftf, so I downloaded the following files from XDA :-
MT11i_4.1.A.0.562_Kernel.ftf
R800i_4.1.B.0.479_Kernel.ftf
Touch_Buttons_Enable_For_FDE+6.zip
I successfully flashed the .ftf s. but when i booted my phone it booted with SONY logo and then the Colorful Sony Ericsson Hemisphere came and the it shut of by itself and then rebooted and the same thing kept on looping. so i took out my battery and put, then put it back in, held the back button, plugged in the USB cable so it enters flash mode but the phone connected with USB debugging off and i could not flash any thing on my phone. then when I tried to boot the phone it would only vibrate and now it doesn't even do that it just blinks a red light sometimes mostly when i try to charge it (Now it doesn't charge either). I also tried hard reseting the phone by holding the left and right buttons on the D-Pad and then pressing the power button but that didn't work either.
Please Somebody Help Me!!!

All the .ftfs you listed are all wrong. Its possible you flashed ftf from a different device and unfortunately you dug yourself you may never get out of.

TurboUI Gamer Edition v1.zip
and
Lupus_Zeus_Gingerbreadv10-full.img
now how am i supposed to flash the file and which file do i flash?

for firmwere u should go to "OFFICIAL FIRMWARE (FTF'S)" and download a firmwere for r800i(for example download "R800_4.0.2.A.0.79.ftf")
the format should be .ftf not .zip

[Q] need help with flashmode on Xperia SL

I wanna root my XSL my device is on 6.2.B.1.96 so i need to flash it back to 6.2.B.0.211. when i try to enter flashmode by pressing down volume button and plugging my phone to my pc i can't enter flashmode. i mean, the green led is on for a while but then it just boot up normally. what should i do?
P.S: i'm a noob at this so i don't really know what's what

start flashing as soon as posible
if not that, hold untill it starts flashing
i have a simular problem and those usualy fix it

I think its to do with flashing, when i got my xs it stayed in flash mode and now it doesnt stay
Something probably gets wiped

Xperia m not booting,plz help urgent

I was Using some application,suddenly got hanged,i removed battery,n then i tried to switch on but only sony logo was comming,then i entered into cwn to clear cache etc,that also didnt happen got some error i again restarted but after that its not getting on
I tried to connect to pc to reflash,it does connect n driver will install but flashtool wont recognise my device,now am struct,m not noob,tried all possible way,still no luck
