+1 on this. ROMs are OK, but not firmware or modems. But if you are trying to downgrade to unlock, you are out of luck. There is no 4.1 modem for the L.

I cant flash my mobile with odin.I want to flash 4.3 bootloader to have wifi working and I get a F A I L
My phone is N7100 bought from Asia
My father has the same phone and flashed the bootloader properly with the same pc.

If you never did the 4.3 official update then you can just Odin to 4.1.1, or if you have custom recovery you can flash a 4.1.1 ROM as well.. Pretty sure there's threads on this subject

Have you taken a backup of your phone, if yes then restore the backup if no flash the official firmware from sammobile

Stock 4.3 upgrade failed with Clockworkmod boot. I'll have to wait for the flashable zip I guess.

Mine failed to I had to go all the way back to 4.1.1 then let the come your way I think root has something to do with it not going

Just installed it. Seems to be working. Thanks for the upload!
Update: the new modem managed to drain my entire battery in 4 hours while idle...reverting back to 4.3 modem.
I am currently rooted. If I flash this official update, will I be able to root again? I'm on 4.1 bootloader

It will un root you but you could be re rooted in less than 10 minutes. I used Odin 3.09 flashed philz touch recovery checking that re boot wasn't selected, after flash power off phone boot into recovery and flash supersu zip.
Can you post the ota capture link so i can download i currently dont have any wifi and i have unlimited data so i can just flash in recovery if you post the update.zip or link to it thanks
