I removed (sorry, I won't use apk file names):
- few of livewallpapers (probably you also can remove livewallpaper picker)
- ant radio service, ant hal service, ant wireless state
- endomondo
- Golf game
- gmail, youtube, facebook -> installed again, but I don't loose space in system/app with stock and data/app with updated version
- fun&downloads
- officesuite
- sound recorder (exist as apk, but I can't find way to run it ;P )
- twitter extension
- sakura (japanese keyboard?), woody skin
- exchange
- simtools
- xperia keyboard (if you don't use)
- xperia home, home add, weather widget, clock widget, timescape, onoffwidget etc (if you don't use and have another launcher)
- how to use screen widget
- clock apps - if you check system/app folder u will see that they are duplicated in few versions
- trackID - if you don't use / or use shazzam / or use newer edition from GooglePlay (but without widget)
- appenabler
- I think gallery app is also duplicated (stock android + sony version)
- default theme apps
- voice search, google search
- talkback, retail demo
- shutdown animation apk - never seen animation so I removed that
and few wizards
Apk's names and other useful things you can find in thread about junk software in older rom version.
Advice:
1. backup app with titanium backup,
2. delete
3. if everything looks fine go to first point for next app ;]

New EXTRA debloater online
I've made an "EXTRA" debloater in addition to the safe one with all suggestions so far
See this thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/development-d802/extra-stock-lp-debloater-d802-t3110347
Hello, I have used this debloater, and unselected "QuicksetSDK" and "QRemote" but for some reason, QRemote isnt there anymore, how can I get it back? I can't find where to get the .apk for it.
Really great, much appreciated.

Can one of you test to dirty flash the rom you use again , reboot , boot to recovery again and then use the debloater but don't select LGNFC , QUICKSETSDK and QREMOTE !
That should do the trick.
Greetings, Kuoi

Nice Zip Kuoi, I can confirm that your trick works.
Google Play Movies, Google Play Games, Google Play Music, SIM Toolkit, Voice Memo and Video Editor are still in my ROM after applying your Script.
Can anybody confirm? Would it be possible to add these apps to your ZIP?

Go to my EXTRA debloater thread ... i've added Google Play Movies, Google Play Games, Google Play Music, SIM Toolkit, Voice Memo and Video Editor
Link to Extra debloater in OP
BTW : I've learned a lot today ,because when i was trying to remove the google services (play movies, games, music) the folders where deleted but i had still the apps on my phone.
I've installed an apk info app , and so i could figure out that these apps also use an other folder on the data partition ... so now it's fixed.
All recommendations are still welcome
Kuoi,
GREAT WORK! I can confirm that it is working. Here my observations:
- after I ran the ZIP the Google Apps (Google Play Movies, Google Play Games, Google Play Music) where still there but now it was possible to uninstall them within Lollipop.
- SIM Toolkit, Voice Memo and Video Editor are deleted as expected by executing the ZIP
- in your App your comment about SIM Toolkit is that you do not recommend to delete it. Why? I have deleted SIM-Toolkit and the LG G2 runs normally
- maybe you can add Youtube to the list?
- maybe you can add Music to the list - assuming that there are plenty of free music apps in Google Play
- in the safe LP debloater you can delete Mail - isn't that one of the basic apps that should remain in the OS?
- maybe it would be easier for you as developer and for users to put the safe and the extra debloater together into one ZIP. There you could maintain two categories (save and extra).
Regards,
Gregor

Thanks for the info.
Did you use D802 and stock LP rom to remove Google apps ? On my device they were deleted after the debloat and i didn't have to uninstall them afterwarts.
I'll delete the sim toolkit coomment because it's only with some sim's and in some countries it seems to give a little problem.
Youtube and music will be added soon
I'll keep mail on the debloater because i don't use Gmail ... it's not a necessary app to keep your phone working.
You're right .. i didn't think about it ,but I'll put the 2 versions together in 1 zip.
I could put them on 1 flash zip , but according to me the list would be too long and imo the extra is more for people who know what they're doing and what they're removing
Thanks for the reply
Hi Kuoi,
yes, D802 with stock LP but I got it as a ZIP (Software version V20b-OPEN-COM) to be installed through TWRP - so maybe it is not 100% original.
Regarding Mail I was referring to "LGEmail : LG email client". I understand that Gmail ist no a neccessary app.
Of course it is ok to have 2 ZIPs. But IMHO there are also some sophisticated apps in the safe ZIP, f. e.
- Facelock: I would not know of any app that can be engaged into setting
- LgNfc: it is required for the NFC hardware
- LGBrowser: ok you can use any other browser
But maybe I am mistaken since I am not too experienced with Android. So in the end your ZIPs are great so safe a lot of storage :good:
Regards,
Gregor

try to use Root App Delete from playstore, just freeze/disable the system apps using junior mode and dont uninstall it.. If you need to use the system app back just enable it again..
Well today an update was released, i was sure to reinstall all the bloatware apps and was not "soft bricked" :good:

1) No, you wont be able to update via OTA if u delete the bloatware...Just freeze them don't delete...It will be easier to update via OTA next time...
2) Why do u want the bloatware backup? Just flash the stock rom...You will get everything back (bloatware) and then flash/update the latest firmware... NOTE: IF U ARE ON A ROOTED SYSTEM UN-ROOT FIRST AND THEN APPLY OTA...
See this thread for flashing the latest OTA forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone2/general/guide-to-apply-ota-bootloop-rooted-zf2-t3127835

Yes u will get free ram as if u had removed it... But if u are worried about internal storage space then i am afraid i have to say u might lose some system space... I recommend u to freeze the apps u wont be using and don't delete any bloatware...Next time it will be easier to update and u won't have to flash the stock or pre-rooted img again and again...I myself have freezed the bloatware...
Hi !
I've got a ZE500CL since 1 month, I've rooted it with the One-Click tool, it's works just fine ! I've used Titanium Backup to freeze apps, my phone is clean now.
Today my phone tell me that an OTA was ready to install... I'm very careful, so I :
- Unfreezed all bloatwares
- Unroot
- Flash OTA
- Root
- Freeze bloatware
This method works perfectly but I'm not sure if unfreeze/freeze apps is necessary (for me it's like disable an app in Android)... Can you confirm me ?
Second question :
If I want more storage memory... I will uninstall apps ! But I'll backed up with Titanium Backup and put it on my PC
For the OTA, can I do like this :
- Reinstalled all the bloatwares with Titanium Backup
- Unroot
- Flash OTA
- Root
- Remove bloatwares
This is dumb questions but I don't want bootloop LOL
Thanks for reply and sorry for the long post
Does de-bloating improves ur battery performance if its so i will also do it but after few updates and let my device improve ......for now m just waitin for the perfect update hope it comes soon:laugh::fingers-crossed:

Firstly, all the credits in the following links, go to the original authors. Iam just sharing in a nutshell.
Next, Sharing my Experience after rooting my Zenfone-2:
I have found that even after rooting my phone, some of the bloatware cannot be disabled. But can be uninstalled.
Uninstalling bloatware after rooting did not improve RAM management significantly. Neither the battery life. The RAM management is integrated in to android lollipop rom itself. Only ASUS can fix,as far as i know.
The another important thing i found in Zenfone-2 is the processor scaling. Intel configured in " Interactive Mode". Most of the other phones I found were in " On Demand" mode. Such as Mediatek phones. In those phones, battery life was good.
In Zenfone-2, in Zero load conditions, the processor stays at 500Mhz in all Four cores. Where as in Mediatek, cores go to sleep mode. ASUS and Intel should look in to this modification of processor scalling, for better battery life.
Now coming to the point....Once you remove the so called bloatware, which are actually integrated in to the ZEN-UI system settings, the OTA will fail, as the link within the system build is broken. So OTA will check and says failed.
It is always good to do the following. I tried and tested it on my phone.
1. DO-NOT Unlock bootloader, unless you are a developer and trying to test your own custom ROM. For kinders, rooting is more than enough.
2. ROOT the phone using temporary CWM only. Installation of Custom Recovery will not update the OTA. So that the original recovery stays intact, even after rooting. . When you get an OTA, just unroot the phone using SuperSU apps, full unroot option and then restart and install OTA.
3. ALWAYS KEEP the Original Latest build rom file handy. If any thing goes wrong after rooting and fiddling with the system apps, you can simply using adb sideload from recovery mode, can flash the original rom and get your device back to factory un-rooted phone.
4. ONE IMPORTANT thing is that the build no of the rom file and the build no on the phone should be same. The phone will not accept lower version of the build. For example, if it is 2.19.40.18 on the phone. So only 2.19.40.18 will get installed but not 2.18.40. Any thing above 2.19.40 will also get easily installed. Since the bootloader is locked and downgrade process is locked.
The links to download the build as required is,

DebloatEx v1.4
For me, every additional app which i don't use is too much. Why should an app be installed, if i don't use it? So i wrote a little debloater script, which i can flash over every rom i install. Also i added some extras which i need for my daily use.
Information:
First: This is NOT a full rom. It's a script to flash over a rom. The script uses a aroma installer. Every app can be selected manually for removal. Also the apps are not removed entirely. The are moved to a backup folder. So they can be easily restored if an app, which was removed, is missing after the flash. Additionally you can choose if you want to remove the gallery images, ringtones and notifications ringtones.
Because you can remove the lg launcher and/or the lg sms app, i decided to add nova launcher and google messenger as replacement apps. Of course they are also optional to install.
Furthermore i added a nfc mod, to enable nfc while screen is off or while screen is on and lockscreen is on. And of course this is also optional. You can choose to use stock nfc behavior. Aaaaand there is more. I added the CTT mod from Robshr to eliminate lags. This one is not selectable because i think this mod is essential for our device.
Attention:
The script is in a very early state. There can be bugs, so be sure to make a backup from your rom with TWRP before you flash the zip.
DebloatEx and hasenbolle are not responsible for any possible damage done to your device as a result of flashing.
I will not take any responsibility for bricked phones or lost data.

Extras:
CTT Mod v4 to eliminate lag and more. This is a must have. It really helps to improve the lag behavior of the G4.
Restoring apps:
No app/folder will be deleted. Every app will be just moved to the folder: system/__Backup
From there you should move the apps to either /system/app or /system/priv-app back. You should move the folder (and not copy), otherwise the permissions will be messed up. Just use a root file manager for that (Solid Explorer etc.)

Can i flash it via FlashFire App?

Hi,
Thank you for your script. It worked great ! It seems I accidently removed the smartnotice widget and clock programs, including the alarm manager and now I cannot set an alarm. Can you please tell me which packages I have to restore in order to get my alarm manager and smartnotice back again ? Otherwise all is fine and I find it very usefull, thank you !

Dont know what the flashfire app is, but just boot TWRP and flash it from there. But be sure you have made a Backup before.

It should be the "LGAlarmClock" package for the alarm clock. Maybe i should that one leave unchecked. So that it wont be removed by default.
For SmartNotice i think these two packages should be moved back to the app/priv-app folder: LIAInformant and LIAS4URecommender
I will write a note in the aroma installer under the app. Thanks for your post

I have used my debloat list to debloat my Imperium v1.0 rom.
Link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=65512967&postcount=17
I am also experiencing Play Services FC.
Did you solve your issue?
What should be restored?
thx
pOpY
In my case I applied the script after a fresh install of imperum rom. I tryed to apply directly and got that play services fc...so i dirty flashed imperium and applied the script with no errors so far
I wiped my phone yesterday and flashed also imperium 1.1 and then directly without a reboot the debloat script. This procedure worked for me everytime without a fc from google play services.
Do you have a H815 EU?

I hadn't any fc from google play services till now. I would try to restore GoogleBackupTransport, GoogleFeedback, Velvet, HTMLViewer.
Yes i have amplify and xposed running with several modules. For Amplify i set it up like in the extreme battery guide here on xda.

1. Try the LGEasySettings package
2. what do you mean with "infinite"? For me the delete all button in the recent menu, still work as it should.

Hi,
It's not necessary to reinstal the mod after flashing a new kernel. The mod actually moves unnecessary programs and services in a folder on your phone in case you need to restore them so no need to reflash it again as it already done it's job.
I like it very much ! It improved my phone performance and battery life as it remove many programs and services I don't use. The only problems I met are that it removes the clock, the calendar and smartnotice programs and widgets. But it was easy to restore them from the backup folder and setting the permissions so now everything works fine. Just a quick suggestion - maybe in the next version it would be great if there is an option to choose if these programs to be removed. Thanks !

Now two times my google play services had an fc also. It occured when i was using the c:geo geocaching app and therefore using locations services. Do you use the location services (gps)?

You can choose which programs you want to remove. You just need to untick the app in aroma and it wont be removed. The clock will not be removed by default in the new version.

i am using location services all the time with tasker but i have set it to "battery saving".
After resetting my Amplify settings and using default (nlpwakelock -> location services) my phone didnt had any FC since days now.
Maybe its worth a try...

I just installed this and get stuck at the lockscreen. I try entering my pattern and it recognises it but then doesn't actually unlock the screen. Thoughts?
Hello.
Follow the link below. Tested and works perfectly.
Got rid of all those useless google apps and some huawei apps.
https://www.xda-developers.com/uninstall-carrier-oem-bloatware-without-root-access/
What are the apps that can be safely uninstalled ?
I deleted all of the below without any issues:
com.huawei.appmarket
com.huawei.KoBackup
com.huawei.parentcontrol
com.facebook.katana
com.facebook.system
com.facebook.appmanager
com.huawei.himovie.overseas
com.huawei.himovie.wallet
com.huawei.wallet
com.huawei.search
com.huawei.vassistant
com.huawei.health
Please bear in mind that the above list does not include all of the bloatware.

No... And to be honest this isn't really uninstalling them, just disabling them and after a factory reset they will be back.
You cannot install applications as system applications without root. You also can't just install the call recorder app, it won't work... It requires a special kernel support that our device does not have to work.
