i'm a new member and i would like to ask for some questions about JellyTime rom R28, under development section. how to? what do i have to post to reach 10 posts?
You can post anywhere but in the development forums. Find places where you can be of assistance and post there. Be aware that posting randomly just to get 10 posts is generally frowned upon.

Writing senseless posts just to get 10 is a quick path to a warning from the mods and deletion of your posts. I do not recommend that you try it. Find threads where you can contribute and post there.

What issues are you having with JellyTime? There is a thread in the General forums for it: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1832324. Or you could just flash to another ROM for the time being.

Well, you could have used the search function and find the rom thread in the Q&A forum. One post more and will report it. And belive me that your count will be set to 0.

This thread is for all members for sharing your wallpapers.
I did this thread because there are lots of Wallpaper threads which clutter each other and some stay inactive. So to avoid those confusion this thread will be useful
I Request Everyone In Moto E Forum To upload or share any wallpapers you Have here Instead of creating a new thread so that its easy for everyone to find :angel::angel::angel:
Before Posting follow the XDA Rules and Regulation.
Some Rules :
1) Please do not upload has Zip or Rar File.
2) Post 10 to 12 Max wallpapers in one post so that its easy to view here to everyone. You can post back to back but limit in 1 post is this.
3) Please stay respectful to others.
4) Do Not Upload Paid Wallpapers in XDA forum.
5) Give the CREDITS approprietly if needed.
6) No OFF TOPIC Discussion are allowed.
7) If any member Finds The Posted Wallpaper is Inappropriate Etc Just REPORT to MODERATOR. They will look into it. Do not Discuss In Thread.
8) No EXTERNAL LINKS are Allowed. This Includes websites, APK's, PlayStore Links.
