I am sure this has been posted a 10000s times before but...... where can you get dial pad skins from

Your best bet would be to get hold of Dialpad Maker Deluxe 2.0 from Bong's Workshop at http://www.hkscorpio.com/members/bong/ and make your own. it's dead easy to use and the author replies to questions very promptly.
More than worth the $7.90 that it costs from pocket gear.

i have the source files i used to create those skins -which could be adapted for you guys phones (i think your talk/send/end button is the bottom button)
i could prolly make a couple of skins for the blue angels if anyone is interested in helping me figure out what buttons are where

This is really nice.... something which we all would like to incorporate
but the only problem is .. it is over-priced. Along with many professional developers .. there are students also who are developing mobile applications .. and ~= 70USD is kinda expensive.
But I am really impressed with the work.
