Oneplus ONE Original Flip Cover
First Class Bicast Leather and Smooth Velvet
The exterior consists of a shock absorbent plastic layered with resistant Bicast leather, while the interior is made of soft velvet for the backside of the One to have a comfortable place to rest on. The front side will flip up effortlessly, and will fall back carefully on your One with a discrete “tap”. The attention to detail is once again manifested through the OnePlus logo carved on the bottom-right side of the front.
Automatic Unlock and Other Features
Your One will automatically unlock* as soon as you flip open the front side, for a smoother and better user experience. The volume button will be reached as easily through the flip cover as without. The same goes for the lock button. As the backside has an opening for the camera and the flash, and the front side will leave the loudspeakers unblocked, you can take beautiful images and talk to your friends while not worrying about your One.
*Requires CyanogenMod 11 version XNPH22R or higher
Additional Information
Dimensions 176.3 × 88 × 22 mm
Weight 157g
The OnePlus flip cover is specifically designed for the One, so you can rest assured that your One will be perfectly shielded against everything that a phone can be subjected to – at least almost.

I am quite satisfied with this flip cover. Very good workmanship, fit perfectly into the OPO and very stylish
It is available in various colors to suit every taste
Nice review!
One question: does this flip cover affect two hand use in any way?

I found the flip cover very uncomfortable to use, especially the corners. Shouldve used softer material.
Returned it.

I think if they used softer materials would degrade faster...
I really like the flip case for my OPO and it's the case I use every day.
My only complaint is that the magnet seems to be too strong and will sometimes turn off the screen when the cases is fully opened. I tried lining the inside of the back of the case with duct tape to add a tiny bit of a gap between the phone and the case and it seemed to help a little bit but it still happens.

Well I just got my new case today and thought I'd snap some pics for everyone. The only camera I have with me at my apartment is my phone so I won't be able to show any pics with the phone in the case until this weekend when I can borrow another camera. All in all I am pleased with the quality feel of the case. I really think the only way I would go to another case is if Seidio made an Innocase Active case for the Captivate.
Pros:
- Adds a bit more size to the phone making it about .625" deep, making it easier to hold
- Texture is very grippy, similar to something like a golf club grip but a bit softer
- Nifty kickstand to prop up your phone in either portrait or landscape
- Rubberized coating on the inside with felt lining on the back face as well
- Slot on the bottom used to crack apart the two halves of the case for easy removal
Cons:
- Doesn't cover the front but oh well (hopefully the "gorilla glass" does its job
- Belt clip doesn't quite feel like it will last, the hinge part is plastic and will break, although you can purchase replacements separately if that happens
- Belt clip isn't quite as big as I would have liked it, meaning it won't be wide enough to clip onto some wider belts
Here are the pics:

Thanks for the review and great pictures.
Do you happen to own the Body Glove Mirage Skin for the Samsung Captivate as well? (the flexible 1 piece version) If you do, how would you compare them, which would you prefer?
I did for about two and a half weeks, i prefer the hard case because i think it gives better protection and the feel of the case is much nicer, texture wise. The two cases seem to be very similar as far as size goes, so if you have the soft case the hard case shouldn't be a big change.
Thanks! hope to see those photos of the phone inside the case when you get a chance.
By the way, does the snap on case stick to your pants pocket making it difficult to put it in and out?
Thanks again for the pictures!
How simple is the removal/attachment of the plug used to cover the hole for the belt clip standoff?

Really easy, get like a quarter and put in the slot on the bottom of the case and turn it. You then have to pry the rest of the case open, i do it by holding the back of the case in one hand and using my other hand pull down on the phone and front half of the case to release the top clips. Press down on the little holster plug and it pops out, put the flat back plug in and your done.

It does hang a bit because it is pretty grippy, I'd compare the material to golf club grips or baseball bat grips.
I'm trying to find a better case for my Note but it needs to be one available in the UK. I just can't seem to find one that fits the bill and quite a lot are only available in the US.
My requirements are:
- Thin - I want to add the minimum of bulk to the phone (which is big enough already!)
- Must protect the back and, more importantly, the edges. Many of the thinner cases cover some of the edges but not all of them or leave long sections unprotected.
- Decent quality - I have a cheap plastic one at the moment and it looks awful!
- Must look smart - as befitting such an expensive phone
- I am not bothered about having a flap over the front (I would prefer not to have one as they all add bulk).
Any ideas - I have searched long and hard.
Thanks
I have just ordered a Casemate Emerge Smooth case from Amazon, i'll let you know if its any good, should be here by the end of the week.
They also have the Casemate "Barely There" case which is thinner, but it doesnt have raised edges on the front, so whilst the back and sides are protected, if you drop it on its face, it will land on the screen.
The emerge smooth does have slightly raised edges over the front i believe.
I have the Capdase Soft Jacket and really like it. I don't normally use covers on my phones, but having no border protection for the glass was worrying me.
It covers all of the side, apart from holes for the connectors, and is raised at the front.
The volume and power buttons are covered and slightly raised, but I found that power button too easy to accidentally trigger (as it was without a case anyway), so I cut a hole for it.
Here is a photo of the hole I cut for the power button. It should give you an idea of the thickness of the case and also how much the case raises the screen off the surface if you put it face down on a table.

Thanks - that's really helpful. That one just looks a bit thick for my liking.
for me Flip cover from Samsung has been the best, I hv tried 6-7 diff types of covers
Tried one but it's pretty weak (it fails after a while), and offers almost no protection in a drop.

i bought this one, been using it since december
http://www.ebay.it/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190664122288#ht_6996wt_1185
its not as thin as the 0.3mm cases , but it is thinner than everything else ive used , got the raised edges and offers great protection..
the only thing that's stopped me from buying those 0.3mm cases is the absence of the raised cover on the edges near the glass , which is absolutely zero protection in cse the phone falls...
This is a review of Trident Cyclops series case for Galaxy Note 3. http://www.tridentcase.com/shop-pro...ote-3/cyclops-case-samsung-galaxy-note-3.aspx
When you think about Tough Protection cases, lightweight and slim doesn't jump into your mind. Lightweight and slim doesn't go together with a case which has been grilled to meet or exceed MIL-STD810F standard by independent testing, including a requirement to survive 26 drops onto concrete from 4ft height. Well, I hope your phone/case will never have to experience this kind of a torture because guys at Trident already verified it for you So let's take a closer look at how this Cyclops monster looks!
Arrived in a nice looking box with a clear front display, you can see the goods right away before even taking it out. I also liked how the back of the box has a detailed listing of every feature of this case. Once you take it out of the box, you can't help but notice how lightweight it is. At only 66g and with a very slim profile it will not add too much bulk to your Note 3. The next step made me scratch my head a bit because it seems that instructions were inside of the assembled case without a hint of how to open it. The reason for confusion was because the case has a built-in clear plastic screen protector and you have to remove the top frame in order to open it up. Minor show stopper, while the hint was to start by opening either headphone or micro-usb port cover and work your way from there.
So, let get back to the case. Don't let the light weight and slim design fool you. The case is made out of two fused layers of TPE and PC material to provide a serious shock-absorbing impact protection. The power and volume buttons are fully covered while still having a nice tactile response. The same with headphone and micro-usb ports, covered by a flexible flap of TPE layer extension. Every other port opening has a precise cutout and perfect alignment with a Note 3. You can also find small skid pads in the corners of outer PC shell layer to prevent case from sliding off any surface. So how do you apply that "removable" screen protector? It's permanently attached to an outer frame piece that goes on top and interlocks with a case. Once interlocked, it creates a solid seal with virtually no movement of the phone inside of the case. The screen protector has a cutout for home button, top speaker, front camera, and area around notification light. Just keep in mind, I'm using a display model of Note 3, so I didn't get a chance to test the actual touch sensitivity of this screen protector. Obviously, its not waterproof case, but you will be able to use your phone in some mild rain and wind with this extra seal protection. Furthermore, there is also a loop in the back to attach a lanyard for extra security protection while using your phone outdoors.
Overall, I found this case to provide a perfect balance between "slim" and "tough" for everyday use indoors and outdoors. The added protection of the built-in screen protector is just an icing on the cake, and with current availability on Amazon for $24 its an excellent value.
Here are the pictures.

Sent from my Galaxy Note 3
Anyone have an update on the screen protector and sensitivity? I used to hate how the otterbox defender on the note 2 didn't make the screen protector flush with the screen.
Two cases arrived at my door today and I quickly opened them. The Ebestsale Transparent Silicone Case is actually a TPU case and not silicone. This case is made of the exact same material as the previous case I reviewed, but has its own differences.
The package came with one screen protector, one piece of cloth and the other case I ordered from this company. After bending this TPU case, I quickly noticed that it is much sturdier than the previous Walsontop TPU case. It is not very easy to deform as drastically as the Walsontop. Putting this on the One gave one of the most satisfactory sounds I look for when fitting anything into something else, the snap. This case clicks on the One and fits very well. It fits so well that you can still feel the sturdiness of the One. There isn't a mushy feel that I get when using rubber cases.
While it provides a great fit, removing it will chalk up the sandstone black's back plate. It's no worry as you can rub it down to erase it, but it may get difficult to remove it without experiencing many of these soft scratches (Baby Skin White users will not experience this).
The slots for all the ports on the side are much larger and more comfortable then the previous Walsontop TPU case. The power button and volume buttons are much more comfortable to press, but not perfect. The rubber around the slots do not move around very easily and quickly return to its original position if it's disturbed. It seems that the company that manufactured this case spent more time cutting the holes for the ports. Each one is cut in irregular asymmetrical shapes whereas the Walsontop's holes were all symmetrical.
The sides are raised and cover more of the bezel which is great when taking damage from certain heights. After doing what I call a "quarter test", where I place a quarter under the screen and move the phone, the quarter remains stationary. It's difficult to see any of the fingerprints on the sides in my case because the blue color hides it well. As far as I know, this blue is the only color Ebestsale sells for this type of case. Overall, this case was a great buy and perhaps the one that will be on my phone if the Nikilin hard case arriving tomorrow doesn't change that. This case is definitely worth more than it costs.

Cons: Difficult to remove - Will Scuff Sandstone Back

I think that is going to be a major cosmetic issue with our phones. Imagine how the back will look after 12 months of serious use.
I am very impressed by the apparent ruggedness and protection that this case has to offer at this price point. There is a generous lip around the entire screen that should give your phone's screen a pretty good chance of surviving a face down fall onto most surfaces unless into gravel or something like that.

The case feels pretty comfortable in the hand. The texture along the side edges allows for a good grip so the case is definitely not slippery. This outer edge is a soft rubber material while the rest of the case is a hard plastic. So, the soft outer edge should provide some fair cushioning for drops.
It is not what one would describe as "slim" but that's not really the category this type of case is usually aiming for. It feels appropriately sized for the protection it offers
As far as design goes, overall I like it very much. I'm not exactly sold on the plastic "hex nuts" on the back. They seem a bit tacky and are not flush with the case so they add a bit of discomfort when your hand slides across them while holding the phone. So, while not being aesthetically pleasing or comfortable, they are not a welcome feature in my opinion. Plus, they seem susceptible to dust/dirt collection.
I'm not personally a fan of the dust covers over the charging port and headphone jack but this is a common feature on heavy-duty cases and as such I don't view it as a fault - they seem well designed and fitted.
This is a 2-part case, there's a plastic frame that goes over the phone first, then the assembly is fitted into the outer case. It is a bit difficult to get the phone in and out of the case. The inner frame doesn't have any cushioning between the phone and the frame so I am a bit concerned over getting scratches. The buttons are plenty responsive and easy to push.
I am very happy that this case has a kickstand - it's pretty much a requirement these days for any case I use as a daily driver. The kickstand feels nice and sturdy and it's cool that it can support the phone in landscape and portrait. I do wish the kickstand were a bit easier to close but at the same time you wouldn't want it to close too easily. I like that you can see through to the back of the phone when the kickstand is in use. It also acts as a pretty great handle while holding the phone in portrait mode, kind of like a pop-socket or a ring; you can put your finger between the kickstand and the kickstand frame.
I will definitely be keeping an eye on this brand from now on. I really love the color selection that they offer. I hope they come out with some clear case options...with a kickstand!
