As title says. I couldnt find this 2 on US Tmobile version. Anybody knows where ?
Dual window is accessed by hitting the square soft key that opens your currently open apps...at the bottom theres a button for dual window.
Dont remember offhand where guest mode is...I dont use it, but remember seeing it somewhere heh

Lg did away with their guest mode and adopted the new lollipop user mode. Problem is the 811 didn't get it. We didn't get it on the G3 5.0 update either, although they kept Lg guest mode on there. Kinda sucks I was looking forward to it. Dual window has to be turned on in settings-general then can be accessed through recents or by adding the button in the home touch buttons setting.

Hi, on my G3 D855 10g every time I start the settings it opens as list mode and not in tab mode. How do I force the tabs mode?
I'm assuming you changed the setting in the menu button in the upper right corner from List View to Tab View? That's how I got it to stick.

I know this is a somewhat old thread, but I have the exact same issue with my Verizon G3.
Was a solution ever found for this problem?
hi. my Lg g2 lcd seems to be broken but the dead part is just a very small part of the phone at top which i really dont use.
i see this "Hardware Key Control Mode" almost every time when i unlock the screen and its very annoying.
is there any way i can completely remove it? also i see the "Hands Free Activation Mode" every minute. dont know why that is. i have rooted G2 with Optimus DE custom rom installed. can some one help me how to remove these two annoying things?
thanks
Does this happen to anyone according to ny screenshot? Is there no animation and it just shows that box? I think its a silly feature and they should fix.
My H810 animates in portrait mode. I've got Dual Window turned off though so maybe that's it.
So basically what is happening is that multi window no longer works on my Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 SM-T320, with Android 4.4.2 KitKat and no root. When I press and hold the back button on my tablet, the multi window tray doesn't show up. It also doesn't show up when I swipe from the right of the screen. However, if I make another user account on the tablet, multi window works perfect with no errors. Keep in mind I do have multi window turned on in the settings. Also, if I go to multi window in the settings, and then enable "Open in Multi Window view", and then, for example, I go into the My Files app and open up an image, i can then use the Gallery and My Files app side by side. Another thing that happened is that when I press the button to expand the quick toggles in the notification panel, nothing happens. I have to swipe down with 2 fingers to make it work. I can also expand the quick toggles menu on another user account. But this didn't justs start happening for no reason. I know what I did to cause it. I am just looking for a way to reverse the effects of what I did.
So what I did was I got the app called QuickShortcutMaker. For whatever reason, I went to the app titled "Setup Wizard", and its icon was an Android guy with a cube shape in the middle. Then I launched the activity "com.google.android.setupwizard.SetupWizardTestActivity". That was a mistake. It opened up a setup screen that asked me to choose a language. Then I closed out of it, and some things started happening. Not only did the button to expand the quick toggles stop working, but so did the shortcut to the settings app in the notification panel. When I pressed and held the power button, it opened up the menu to restart the tablet, shut it down, toggle airplane mode, and mute the audio. This time, though, there was no option to toggle airplane mode. I restarted my tablet, and it led to my current situation.
I want to know if there is any way to make this go back to normal. I have tried a bunch of things. I have noticed that the Setup Wizard app now uses 20 KB of storage as oppose to 16 KB of storage, so I tried clearing its data in the Settings app, but that didn't work. I also tried turning off the Setup Wizard app in the Settings, but that didn't help either. I even tried clearing the data for the app titled com.sec.android.app.FlashBarService, which I found out is actually the service for multi window, but that did nothing. I hope I don't need to reset my tablet to fix this, because then I will lose all my data. Multi window is a really good feature Samsung has included, which I used to use a lot, and sometimes i really need to use it.
Sorry if this is hard to understand because of my bad grammar or because I went into too much detail. I was typing this on my tablet, which is the same one that I can't use multi window on anymore, so I was typing on sort of a small surface.
Just like the title says, got a LG g7 eaw, it came with Android 9 and after upgrading to 10 with LG bridge I noticed this issue, I could no longer change the usb connection mode, it's stuck in charging.
I go to developers options, find the usb menu but when I tap it the popup menu flashes super fast and disappears before I can tap on a different mode. Looks like a bug but I don't know what to do to fix it, can't flash another rom because the computer won't see the stupid phone.
Any other way to change the connection mode? Taping the notification doesn't work either.

@Sara-Ester have you found the solution? I'm hitting same issue with my V40. :/
