No. Sorry. Those are very much a part of the touchwiz framework. You'll have to flash a custom touchwiz-based rom to get/add them

Look around and read up in the Android Development section. Synergy, intergalactic, hyperdrive, graviton are a few of the many that come to mind.

I tried HyperDrive, MIUI and others! Some are too bugy! I need something close to stock but debloated and optimized
Any idea on JellyBean747 Version 1? Is it no more under dev?

Look around, we don't really want to do your searching for you if you're going to be picky, I used to use HyperDrive when I wanted a stock ROM and it worked fine for me, don't remember any bugs. If the thread hasn't been replied to in a while, chances are it's not being developed anymore.
Just check the android dev and original android dev section I'm sure you'll find something to your liking.

I would definitely recommend S3Rx... If your looking for a very lightweight ROM, then check out Dandroid, it's only like 408 MB, but it is themed to look like cm...

Well, CM is pure Android without S-Pen-features. If you want them, go to Android Development, there are many roms even including N3 features.

I also use dualboot patcher. It can only dual boot from one touchwiz rom not two. I think it may be
Impossible to have more than one touchwiz based ROM. You can have multi aosp Roms but not more than one touchwiz ROM.
Thanks.

I though I was the only one using 4.4.2.
Still prefer it over all other Roms I've used.
Thanks again.
