Hi, i have trouble with my i9195 since the last upgrade to 4.4.2
When i look into the battery usage, wlan needs 8% of my power and when i enlarge the the battery chart wlan is permanetly on (blue bar).
But i turned wlan off for sure. So the bar should normaly not be visible or at least interrupted if wlan is turned on and off .
Can anyoue confirm this behavior on his device ?

I have an M8 for 3 months and since day 1 I have problems whatever ghe Rom or FW:
-Wifi wont connect automatically to the wifi signal when changing local, I mean when my M8 is connected to my office's wifi and I go back home it wont connect automatically to my home's wifi, I have to switch off/on the wifi on the M8 to let it connect
-The screen even on manual brightness take about 2-3 secs to really use the 100% brightness I chose!!!
Am I the only one to have these "bugs"?

can someone confirm, that the following is a general problem?
Enable Energy Saving (Via [quick] options)
Turn on Google Maps
Start Navigation to X
Wait for GPS Fix (GPS Symbol in statusbar stops flashing)
Turn screen off
Wait a few seconds
turn Screen back on and quickly watch for the gps icon
On my just-resetted M8 (6.0 Sense 7 - international - full stock) it lost GPS Fix while the screen was off.
As a check, I did the same with Power Saver disabled. Then it kept the GPS fix even when the screen was off.
Now, why is this important:
When using my M8 in my car, Android Auto will turn the screen off when connected to the entertainment system. So when Power Saver is enabled , navigation in Android Auto is broken because it will loose GPS Fix as soon the screen turns off.
Again, with Power Saver disabled navigation and Maps are working as intended.
Does anyone got a workaround ?

Hi. Today I have discovered what was causing my battery life bad. So, if I turn off WiFi when I'm connected to router - it will turn off properly. When I turn on wifi and turn off (without connecting) it will stay in 'scanning mode' even if the icon says it is turned off. Is there any possible fix for that?
why wifi turning off when screen is locked, i have android 10. Firmware reinstalled in service, i did two times reset, one lucky, next still same problem ,wifi goes off when screen is off, battery saver is off. one lucky time i did reset and not goes to off when screen is off, next time i did reset, and still same happens life before , not turned saver battery. where problem? in a5 2017 i know was be wifi sleep policy and i see three options in wifi settings (keep wifi when screen off,not keep when off , keep when charging), and i enabled battery saver and i set to wifi sleep never in a5 2017, so battery saver is not issue like was in n9

since android 9 wifi option gone to not keep wifi when screen is off ... it always to keep. on my n8 was always on when screen is off, and the battery saver mode is on and dont any problem like discconected whem screem is off...
