Can somebody help me with this problem?
I'm using xperia SL build number .45. Already root + cmw + unlock bootloader, then i'm install custom rom such as XTX experience 7 and KA20_Xperia_SSpeed_Full. after i install it and try to use titanium backup it said i'm not root. then i root it using binary but it can't root. then i'm also can't get in to recovery or cmw. please help me
If you have an unlocked bootloader, just install another stock based kernel. These are prerooted and have recovery integrated into the kernel.

based on the thread that u give is said stock kernel so i assume that i need to reflash stock firmware and then relocking bootloader (correct me if im wrong).one more thing, does reflashing stock firmware remove root access and also reflashing remove cwm?

First flash stock Kernel, and then Relock, If you relock/upgrade your FW, before reverting to stock kernel, your phone might soft-brick..

No need to go back to 4.1.2. You can fully root 4.3 with this. It's 100% working for me.
Make sure you use CVE-2014-3153.
But I need to backup my TA and I think it can only be done in rooted phone locked bootloader. So, is there any Way?

You can root jb 4.3 using towelroot. You can find more info about it somewhere here in the Xperia m forum.
Here's the guide to rooting without unlocking the bootloader in 4.3:
