[Q] Lollipop ROM for Xperia ZL? - Sony Xperia ZL

hi guys, i just wanna know if somebody is developing a Lollipop ROM for Xperia ZL devices?? because i wanna try the new android version

Are you talking about stock lollipop rom??
Cuz if u aren't then there are already a lot of aosp lollipop roms for zl... check out the dev sections...

yes i know about those ROMS but i dont like them :/, i'm looking for a lollipop rom with sony's interface

Hm, not quite sure, but I think Sony is developing a lollipop rom with a sony UI... Yes, if I think about it, that must be the rom nearly everybody here is waiting for....

the reason i'm asking is because my cellphone has hardlock network, so i need a flashable lollipop ROM

i dont know :/, when i exchanged my Xperia SL for Xperia ZL the cellphone came with hardlock network, i knew already but i did it anyways, i thought i could fix that but for any reasons i couldn't, so i can flash my cellphone but i can't make calls or receive messages and i'm looking for a flashable lollipop ROM

A simple forum search would've brought up no results for an MIUI port, but you might still be satisfied with this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2243238
It apparently has the MIUI theming capability on top of CM, if that's what you're after.

i've tried that before, but i'm not looking for a theme, i'm looking for a ROM, a MIUI ROM or a LEWA ROM or JoyOS ROM or any other Ported ROMs from those chinese guy.

Great advise. But his question would interest me too.... I didn't found any information if the Xperia M is supported by cyanogenmod. So please... enlighten us.
Guys I dont think Nicki will have official CM support. So someone will have to make an unofficial port of CM to our device. And currently we run one of the latest versions of Android. So lets just wait till the CM11 sources are completely pushed in, the probably someone will start working on it.

there's no official lollipop rom for XM, even kitkat.
but if you want to install custom rom (such as CM), you should se XM development section

yes i know there is no official firmware. i want a custom rom like a cm12 build official or unofficial which is suitable for a daily driver.. i didn't find any on the thread.. so was curious. btw thanks for the reply..

yep thats the closest thing to a daily driver right now. I can live with that, but im searching this rom for a friend. he's not satisfied with the build as of now. so just gonna have to wait for devs to work hard and build a stable ROM.. thanks for the help.. appreciated ?

I don't know, try to wait and hope. Just like before we hope we can get cm12 in our device. But that I know is archidroid still try to port they latest version with android 5.0 for our device

I just wanted to say be happy we at least have a few roms unlike some devices. And we also have lollipop.

They're trying to tell you to either be patient and let devs to their magic without the annoying Buzz of "do this for me" and that there aren't any yet.
