Hello everyone,
I made my third bootanimation for the Xperia series. Hooray for Lollipop!
As always, there is both a 720p Version and a 1080p version, and I gladly accept your requests or commentary!

Install Instructions
1. Download the .zip file from the link above.
2. Rename it to 'bootanimation.zip'
3. On your phone, go to /system/media folder
4. Backup the bootanimation in that folder in case you want it back
5. Rewrite permissions to rw-r-r
6. Replace the downloaded 'bootanimation.zip' with the original in media folder
7. Enjoy and please like my work!
Adding your own music to Xperia Devices [EXPERIMENTAL, but comfirmed working]
1. Make sure your firmware is supported (normally it does)
2. Download my bootanimation.zip and unzip it (using winrar)
3. Get your song, uncompressed, rename it to bootanim.mp3 [No caps] and make sure it is around 13 seconds. [Longer has yet to be tested]
4. Put it in the root of the bootanimation folder. [part0,part1,part2,desc.txt,bootanim.mp3]
5. Rezip the bootanimation folder, again using winrar. Make sure compress method is set to store
6. Follow install instructions above, and please, do enjoy!
NOTE
I'm not responsible for any harm I did to your device. Install it with caution. Some Roms don't support Custom Bootanimations that well, so make sure you have a recovery installed!

Bro @Deleunes254 screen is getting dark very soon. There are two options to add more images or leaves it a little slower to get in sync with system connection.

Yes, I'm aware of this bug. I did this on purpose because If I set it to 'finish with startup', it creates a bootloop'. i'm looking into it. (Also written on post)
I hope you still like it, i'll fix it as soon as I can!

An update regarding the Bootanimation:
i think my Phone is a little wack or maybe it's the rom, but anyway I've heard that it works for some people who have other device then me (Xperia SP)
If you want the entire bootanimation:
1. Unzip file, and change last line to p 0 0 part2 instead of p 1 0 part2
2. Then zip it all together again using winrar with compression method STORE
3. Download an other flashable bootanimation as backup if it won't work for you (So you can delete my bootanimation through recovery)
It would be nice if some people ight test it because I do not have other devices

Thank you all! Bootanimation shortness has been fixed. Seems that my phone doesn't like other bootanimations that much with the current rom installed, but it works for other people! (Xperia z1, V,..)

Try to delete it through recovery. Some roms can't handle custom bootanimations :/

hi i've just recompiled all the xperia apps and mods on my device and i just want to share it :3
if anyone know how to improve its performance please edit it coz i'm still learning how to install tweaks
-stock deodexed
-replaced twhome by xperia home
-replaced stock music by walkman
-replaced stock video player by movies
-xperia z lockscreen
-replaced samsung keyboard by xperia keyboard
INSTALLATION
wipe data and cache
mount system and data
install zip
Note:
always have a backup
initial boot will take 5-10 minutes. only first install
edit music info not working
samsung lock screen shows up for 1 sec after unlocking
i cannot provide complicated fixes coz i'm still learning from here, but if i could provide assistance I would.)

get the XPERIA logo and then starts to load and does not finish out
@blackwatch92 use dsixda's kitchen to cook without problems.. Unzip my rom as working rom and add all apps and patches, zipalign the apk's, and create signed zip.. After all from above open the new zip with 7z and replace updater-script with the one from my rom.. And it will work for sure..
As a temp fix i suggest not wiping all data when flashing.. Flash over stock or format only the system, after a full backup of course.
And btw i'm happy to see new things in developement section for this device! My best wishes to you and good luck on this road!!

thats the same for me. it takes more or less than 10 min after that it will open the setup guide

i have ported z3 lock screen to our device.
requirement:
Root
Deodexed
Full backup of current states (just in case anything goes wrong)
installationEazy phizzy)
Download attachment
extract on sd
Go to any root file explorer
copy all three files to
system(not in system/app)
give permission RW-R-R
now move all that files to system/app(Replace if asked)
reboot your phone
TADA its done
for best effect apply xperia live wallpaper
its a humble request not to give up if you fail or face any challenge
give me feedback and we will fix it

ya because some times i found problem in animation while applying non xperia themes
i dont know how to fix but after deodexing i found the problem was gone

i'm here to tell you how to obtain 4K & Timeshift video without Xposed Framework and put to work on our awesome Xperia Z1/Z1C
After a lot of experimentation i finally got it!!!!
Remenber that all others mods published here, this one has a speciel requests to be made:
I don't take responsability for any tipe of damage that you can cause to your phone using this mod.
This mod was tested only in a Xperia Z1 (6903 and 6943) and a Xperia Z1C, so I don't know if it'll work in other devices;
it's not necessary to de-odex your rom, BUT you really need to be in a stock rooted one.
This mod works with Xposed Framework, but don't needed, so if you don't like Xposed (like me!) don't worry, it'll work without to.
Said all that...
Let's go:
METHOD 1
Thanks to @iedafarha that made a flashable zip...
just reboot into recovery mode and flash the 4K_lp_FLASHABLE.zip.
reboot and Enjoy!
if, JUST IF, method 1 doesn't work for you, always has a plan B
PLAN B:
1º - Download and unpack the 4K_lp.zip, after that copy to your SD CARD.
2º - Reboot into Recovery and make a nandroid backup;
Reboot your Z1.
3º - Now using a file explorer (I always use Root Explorer) copy the content of the unpacked zip in your respective folders.
IMPORTANT: remember that in LOLLIPOP the folder has a 0755 permission and all the files has the same 0644.
to make easy change permission, put the file explorer to show by date.
Done that, just reboot your phone and enjoy!!!
:good: Ps: After some users made a lot of tests, I have the pleasure to announce that this mod corrects the 60fps bug on the Z1C :good:

Let's go to how to do....
It's a bit tricky to install if you do not know how to insert file to system.
Back up your rom before trying the process
Important:
- You will need Lucky Patcher
To do:
1st Part (Lucky Patcher):
1º - Toolbox;
2º - patch to android;
3º - disable .apk signature verification;
4º - reboot;
5º - disable signature verification in the package manager;
6º - reboot;
2nd Part:
1º- app;
2º - all;
3º - Camera -> clear data;
4º - Video -> clear data;
Now on the system/pri-app delete this 2 folders:
SemcCameraUI
SuperVideoCamera
Reboot to recovery (TWRP)
1º - Wipe Cashe and Dalvik
After in Lucky Patcher
1º - Rebuild a install;
2º - install the 2 apk that david azzz put in the zip
3º replace the 3 xml either in the system/etc/

BUG REPORT
- Some Z1c users have reported that Sphere 360º isn't working;
- The SteadShot isn't working on 4K recording;
Tested in Z1C and it's working great so far! I will check if 60fps recording is working.

If you talk about the photo sphere 360º that has in nexus, you should install the google camera and galery for that!

How to change boot animation
1. download the zip from the link and place it in sdcard.
2.Now install root browser from this link- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jrummy.root.browserfree&hl=en
3.Now in root browser go to home and go to system/media/bootanimation.zip , This is your present boot aniamtion.(make a backup of this anywhere else.)Now replace the bootanimation.zip with the one I have uploaded .
4. Now long press on the same boot animation.zip and select permissions and check all options except the ones which are under special permissions. Check uploaded images.
5. Now try rebooting. You must get your new bootanimation. If not you are always free to ask me.
YOU HAVE A NEW BOOT ANIMATION NOW!!!!!!
NOTE: Incase you want your old boot animation just replace the bootanimation.zip with your back up.:good:

Thanks for bootanimation. It was really quick. Have you heard about video bootanimation? Its really very good. Reduces the file size of 41mb to about 7mb with no loss of quality & smoothness. Give it a try and you will be MASTER OF BOOTANIMATIONS.

Have you tried video bootanimation yet?. I got success in creating black ops working video bootanimation. will share if you require it. Quality increased by 3 times and size reduced to 7mb. If any problems faced, will be happy to help

Note : These are custom boot splash images to replace the stock ZUK logo when your phone boots up.
DO NOT FLASH THESE FILES ON ANYTHING WHICH IS NOT ZUK Z2/Z2 PLUS. YOU WILL HARD-BRICK YOUR DEVICE.
STEPS to install:
Unlock bootloader and flash a custom recovery (if you haven't already).
Flash using recovery (TWRP Preferred).
Know your phone—I am not responsible for any bricks!
Important Information
You are replacing a partition on your phone, that has nothing to do with your rom, recovery, or anything else. Changing roms will not restore the stock splash. The only ways to go back to stock are to 1) flash one of the stock splashes in this thread, 2) flash a complete stock firmware package using QFIL
Images below are lo-resolution thumbnails—actual splash screens were created in native 1080x1920 @ 468ppi.

Suggestion for Requests
If you'd like me to make one for you, post your request below and I'll give it a shot. :highfive:
There are often larger versions of images you may have—you can use Google Image Search to find them (select Search Tools>Size>Larger than 2MP).
Images that are too small may look blurry or pixelated when converted to bootsplashes. There is nothing I can do about this.
Will these work on other Phones ?
I have testsed "EACH" one of the files included in this post myself and I guarantee that these are going to work on ZUK Z2/Z2 Plus.
You are free to test these files on other devices at your own risk only if you are just about to throw your devices or you are VERY RICH , considering the potential harms associated. But I do believe that these are NOT going to work on any other device. :cyclops:

I am sorry but i think you missed to mention which image do you want as bootlogo
