i suppose u are charging it from PC? i used to get same problem, htc phone do that when they have unlocked bootloader and are connected to pc and shut down.
just unplug it from PC and restart it holding POWER and VOLUME UP keys for 5 - 10 sec

Yea I got it figured out. It did it when I had it charging from the outlet not the PC. I plugged it up to the PC to try and get it to reboot. But I got it. Thanks

its just showed you that your bootloader is unlocked. not a big deal.

Note 10.1 2014 randomly dead

Hey guys, so I was just using my Note 10.1 2014 Edition (P601) today and I wanted to reboot into recovery so I pressed the power button and selected reboot into recovery. The device shut down and then I expected it to start up and go into my TWRP recovery but it did nothing. So I tried holding down the power button to start it but nothing happened, same with holding down the home+volume up+power. The tablet just does not respond and seems dead, screen or capacitive keys dont light up, nor do i hear any sounds, so thats not the problem. Ive tried charging the device even though the battery was about 70% when it died but it made no difference. Could someone help me out here, It was just working fine a few minutes ago. I dont know whats the problem :/
This may cause by cracked battery connector, some pins are open. You won't be able to boot, trying pressing on the back, near the center, location of battery connector while pressing the power button.
This is the black battery connector which may cause this problem. Re solder only takes under 5 minutes to get it done, just need to disconnect the battery cable.

That battery icon with lightning, flashes, it appears then goes of then appears again I in a 1 second interval.
I let it charge like that for 10mins and when I turned on the phone, by battery has been charged. What do you think is happening?
The thing I did before this happen is,
before I have a 4.4.3 kitkat version, then I flashed a viper rom lollipop. I didn't install any firmware. just flashed it thru twrp.
Before I was able to fix the issue by doing the battery remove simulation (Power + Vol up for 10sec) then it will charge and the charging indicator works but my there's no audio in my phone. No sound. To fix the No sound issue, I will restart, there's sound again but my charging issue comes back and now even if I do the Remove battery simulation, it's not working anymore.

[Q] G3 bricked?

I was using my phone normally when it suddenly shut down. I could not power it up until i plugged it in the charger. It booted up correctly then it shutted down again. Then the phone showed the charging battery icon fully charged (100%). When i tried to power it up the restarting loop happens only when my phone is plugged in the charger, otherwise the phone is completely dead. I can't even enter download mode. After a few tries on the charges the following picture shows up...
Any help? Does it have to do with the battery or the motherboard of the phone? Any possible solution so i can at least retrieve my phone data?..
Thanks in advance.

Help reqd: T800 conundrum

Bought Tab S when they were new, very happy with it for a while. Began having battery issues some time after an update. Read there was a way to reset some file that might be leading to device reporting low battery when it wasn't. Rooted it and mucked around, bought and installed a new battery, but never got anywhere with the problems and eventually it just stopped charging/working.
So recently I dug it out, bought and installed a new charge/sd port hoping that was it, connected to computer via USB to charge/operate but nothing. As a last resort before throwing out of window stuck son's amazon tablet charger in and it sprung to life, reporting 100% battery, but did nothing further. Yanked cable and nothing. Put it back in and booted to recovery with the following screen:
{

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
So... the device only powers on with charger connected, when it's connected to PC as data connection, nothing. Where do I go from here if I can't connect it to my PC to flash? Is there anything possible from the "Apply update from SD card" menu option? I'm guessing no as that would just be too easy. Is it essentially dead? I think I've probably spent more time fiddling with it trying to make it work again than I ever did actually using it :laugh: I honestly wouldn't mind if I could get it working again but always had to be tethered to the power socket, I could live with that compromise vs no tablet.
Hope someone can help

Galaxy Nexus (toro) dead?

Yesterday, I tried to charge my Galaxy Nexus (toro), which was fully depleted. It showed the battery icon like it usually does, but then it went kinda weird (idk how to describe it, look at the picture). Then it would turn off and do the same thing again. So then I charged the battery using an external charger, but the phone did not do anything, like it didn't even vibrate. If I connect a charger to the phone, I can get into the Bootloader, and if I go to recovery mode, it starts for like a second, but then turns off again. If it helps, it's the SCH-i515, running Unlegacy 4.4.4, and TWRP 3.x (not sure of exact version).

EDIT: I plugged it into a laptop, and it booted up just fine, but the battery was at 0% even after being left in an external charger overnight.
Maybe the battery is dead dead... Like when a car battery has a dead cell. It works when you plug it in because there's a charge going through. Do you have any extra batteries lying around that you could test. Just remember that you are fighting a losing battle against time which degrades battery life.
