I think you can keep your bootloader unlocked.
Just download an official ROM FTF file for your phone and flash it using Androxyde's FlashTool. It should debrick your phone. Then, you can repeat your experiments with custom ROMs.
Regards, Pavel
i have tried using it but no change..

I Guess, I Have A Problem With My Firmware.

First place, i unlocked the bootloader. I don't know if was unlocked cause is not mine and the guy told me that he bought it unlocked for carriers. Well, after the "unlock" the phone lasted a lot for booting up. Well, i installed a based cwm recovery and flashed SuperSu for rooting the phone.
After that, i tried to this rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=54537621 I went to do a reset and with the data partition it shows "Error" so it can't format it. I installed the rom, but it's the same, the phone doesn't pass from bootanimation. Any ideas?

Did you use the CM11 CWM?
Cause you need to use CM11 kernel to flash CM11 ROM, and not from 4.3 kernel

Hmmm... I think I had the same experience as you. First thing: ALMOST every phone you will buy will have a locked bootloader, while being able to unlock it is more of a 50/50 thing. Second thing: I tried the method on sony's site to unlock bootloader, and that resulted in bootloop. Unlocked with flashtool and worked perfectly.

i need the stock modem for SGH-I747 on both adroid 4.3 and 4.1.1

hi
i downgraded the phone from 4.3 to to 4.1.1 using mobile odin but now the baseband is unknown and IMEI Null
how to fix this up , please
Did you downgrade to unlock the phone? This method can't be used to unlock the phone.
the phone does not work with me

No . I don`t , my story with this phone is long, first time the phone has android 4.0.1 , i wanted to upgrade it to 4.3 OTA i just followed the instruction on YouTube how to upgrade
once the operation of upgrading is finished the phone rebooted and no signal nothing appear on lcd no vibration so i thought after searching that phone is hard bricked
what i did then looking for brick image to make phone up and then flash another one , i found my self in trouble unlocked phone became locked i lost everything on phone
baseband and IMEi is null and unknown ,
i bought the phone as unlocked sim phone and now nothing success with me
what i should do to fix this problem?
If you can get into download mode, flash a custom recovery to your phone and then flash an old cm11 ROM to see if you can get the phone booted.
which one to use

Bricked my OP3!!! Please help!!

Hi everyone!! I did a really stupid thing today! To remove encryption i tried relocking the bottloader knowing that it will wipe everything and then I will just unlock it again but before that I just tried a rom that went into a bootloop so i just made the usual twrp wipe and completely forgot to flash anything and locked the bootloader directly.
Now, I can't get into even the fastboot mode.
Is there anything i can do or i have to get it repaired by the company itself??
Please help!!
same issue but i dont even have my recovery partition but i have fastboot and im on the stock rom
Never mind!! I got it fixed using @Naman Bhalla guide to unbrick it

Your device is on bootloop. You have to flash stock firmware to get it working normally. For that, using xperifirm, download ftf file for your device and then flash it using flashtool. Make sure you install device drivers right in your pc. The only problem of doing above procedure is you'll lose your data.
If you're not concerned about data, just follow procedure written above.
If you are concerned about data, then install cwm recovery and backup your data first and then flash ftf file.
I thought the same.....
After unlocking bootloader, the data partition is erased so no point of backing up haha..
I did it successfully yesterday.. Thanks though
TA partition gone though :'(
