Tripping knox - Sprint Samsung Galaxy S6

Does anyone know if flashing the stock tar in Odin will trip knox?

No if it's Samsung original tar it won't trip knox

How, and what is Odin? I rooted and now I want to revert back and unistall root. I don't have the time for flashing, TWRP and I acted too quickly rooting via Ping-pong root.

Assuming that you rooted the phone without tripping the counter (check the number in download mode of your phone), unrooting w/o tripping is easy. Just flash a Samsung stock rom on the phone. Since it's straight from Samsung Kies and not a custom image, it doesn't bump your counter.
Link to thread with stock images, LG1 is the newest release from Samsung: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1737848
If you did trip your counter when you rooted, there is an App called TriangleAway. It's sold in the Play store for a fee, or you can download the APK from the XDA forum site and push it to your phone for free. If you need that thread, let me know.
Hope this helps. Cheers!

Twrp 4.3 sph-l900

Just wondering has Twrp put out a stock root. I have been looking it up and all I can find are just roms. The OTA is finally available in my area but when I tryied to install it my phone just stayed in recovery mode and then rebooted put no 4.3. Or is there a root method that takes on KNOX? Just wondering because I dont really fill like doing the update without root.

If I get you correctly you want to have 4.3 installed with root intact.Well if you are OK with a Knox bootloader then there is a way to root the firmware without tripping the Knox counter. Also you have to stay with the stock recovery if you don't want to trip Knox counter.

Im fine with that.

Root by this method to avoid knox trip.
You can download latest firmware for your device from sammobile.com and flash it using odin.

It won't trip KNOX as long as you flash official 4.3 with KNOX .

NC2 root and rom

Question.... I have the NC2can I just Odin twrp and flash a rooted knox free custom rom and all is good?
Yeah, just remember that you will trip the Knox counter

Yes understood, not worried just thought something may have changed in nc2 since nobody posted how to root it? Or people prolly still using the other 4.3 root method or removing knox and flashing superSU. Thank you sir!
There is a method posted to root, but since you want a custom rom its really unnecessary

[Q] Need to downgrade back to NB4 from NH7

I recently upgraded to NH7 using Odin and lost my Towelroot not surprised I knew this will happen now wondering if I can Odin back to my previous firmware NB4, is this possible via Odin or I am stock on 4.4.4 for good.
Try towelroot V3 if that doesn't work then yeah you're pretty much stuck unless you use another root method like cf-auto root and trip your Knox counter
Anyone had any success rooting 4.4.4 with Towelroot V3
why are you trying to root with that? this is a T-mobiel device with UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER.

look into it. really easy!
When going from NB4 to NH7 and loosing root all I did was reinstall the SU app from the play store, and root was restored. Originally had used cf-auto root last year to root.
