It's a systemapp you can't install it just by clicking it.
choose one then,
rename it to " SystemUI.apk " then move it to >custom>syspreload> REPLACE SystemUI.apk
use root explorer/browser to do it.

Are you even sure you replaced SystemUI.apk?

use any ics themed stock rom or extract those icons from ics theme & put it manualy in the framework and system-ui through apk tool

Use SenseHD icons, for the ICS color tone, I think (not sure) it's 33b5e5.Your imagination should help deal with the rest!

For all custom themes and mods to work on your device, your stock rom must be deodexed or u can try on any stock based ROM.. Same goes for even serajr module..

It's a simple black and white theme, with a full HD wallpaper (that's why the theme takes a bit longer to apply).

I'm not sure about the screen resolution of your phone, but it should work without issues on any screen with at least 250-280 ppi.

I think you should rename the galery to 2014, then push it to the secgalery folder then set apk permission to rw-r--r
Videos are not showing in gallery...keyboard stops sometimes but the clock is working nicely
