I have the T-mobile One M8, and I'm using it on MetroPCS. The phone worked great until I sent it to HTC to get the screen replaced. After receiving the replacement, the location cannot "fix", so apps like google maps or waze just sit at "waiting for location" indefinitely. I tried some different GPS testing apps and it seems like the phone is finding between 12-24 satellites but not connecting to them. (screenshot attached)
So far Ive:
Reset the phone
Toggled: GPS, airplane mode, wifi, mobile data, high/device only location modes.
I even sent it back to HTC and it came back with the same problem.
Android Version
5.0.1
HTC Sense Version
6.0
Software Number
4.20.531.4
Any ideas before I loose the phone for another two weeks returning it to HTC.

Hello fellow M8 users,
I wonder if you guys have issues with Here maps by Nokia. I downloaded and installed it fine. But when I open it, it opens with white screen with no maps loaded. I tried downloading offline maps but it says it can't download. This is very strange as my other android phones and tablets have no issues with Here maps except for my HTC One M8.
Anyone else having the same issue?
Just downloaded it and mine is fully downloading and working. Stock rooted Lollipop. Deleted, installed a few times, to both storage.

I am having an issue with Here maps. I am running a clean install of Viper, although I did try another ROM and had the same issue. I am on Verizon. My issue can be similar, where it just opens and then closes immediately. After a completely clean install of Viper, I get it to run, but it locks up and stops tracking where I am. Funny, but it works great on my tablet (Nexus 7 2013).
I have a strange problem with my Nexus 4 16gb. When I start or reboot the phone, the screen is black (as in the picture). I can activate the flightmode in the pull down-menu (which is still working) and reboot again (then it is working and i can enter my pin and deactivate the flight-mode after it is running). I am using the newest cm13 but the error occurred also in the stable CM12 version. At this time I had no idea that putting the phone in flightmode would solve this problem temporaly, so I installed a new ROM everytime... I already ordered a new sim-card but i do not think that this is the cause for the problem because booting without the sim-card does not solve this error.

EDIT: sry, I posted this in the wrong forum...
Looks like its a big bug ?
Sometimes there is no network service when screen is off or phone asleep. I recently changed sim card, that didnt work. I think doze messes this up somehow.
So I added a screenshot: I just came to a different location and when i turned my screen on there was no signal but a sec later the signal was good (in the same place) i literally watched it turn to almost full signal when i turned on the screen...
I had some problems, when i send an SMS it doesnt arrive or arrives late...
Thanks for your help!

This seems to be a software problem, if you use any battery saving application, disable it if not, clear cache, if that doesn't work, go to safe mode and see if the problem persists if not, a 3rd party application can cause this if that doesn't help, Flash stock firmware again. If that doesn't help you, I'd recommend you go to a LG service center
Hi all,
I've a Moto Z Griffin with the latest nightllt installed (14.1+20170905-NIGHTLY-griffin and I've been experiencing a problem with Bluetooth: it just doesn't turn on. If I slide on the right the slider, it stays there but greyed out and where there should be the paired devices I still see "When Bluetooth is turned on, your device can communicate with other nearby Bluetooth devices" (see attachment). If I exit from the Bluetooth page and go back, I see the slider in the off position.
This has been happening since...well, I can't remember, should be 3 or 4 month and I've been using LineageOS on this device for longer and Bluetooth was working properly. I've experienced even on the Samsung S5 with CyanogenMod.
I've tried clearing the cache, adding the line "qcom.bluetooth.soc=smd" or "qcom.bluetooth.soc=rome" to the build.prop file, I've even done a factory reset, but nothing
Has anyone else had this problem and has resolved it?
Thanks,
Andrea

I have same issue on Moto X Force (Kinzie). I will try full revert to stock.
This is getting really annoying since I've been trying to enable this feature since May and it's always been like this.
For the record, my carrier (Globe Telecom - Philippines) does support RCS. In all actuality, I had already successfully enabled this feature just last week. A Redditor from r/Philippines told me to turn off the phone, remove the SIM card, turn it on, put the SIM card in, and then try to enable. It worked until a few days ago when I did a factory reset on my phone. Now, it's back to the same issue that I had for months, and redoing the steps that I once did doesn't yield anything anymore. It's still stuck at the loading screen.
Can anyone help me out? I'm getting desperate.
Here's a screenshot of the loading screen:
