Can someone host it somewhere?
LG uses their own camera app, and considering the G4 isnt even out yet, I don't think someone can upload it somewhere...
It's also not as simple as uploading the camera application and downloading it to a different phone, otherwise AOSP ROMs would offer it as an option.
Im not a LG user but maybe LG G3 has this app?

No, this is new for the G4
Sent from my "bigger is smaller" LG G3
So need to wait for premiere and for someone good who will share the app
Copy apk
I think you can copy this *.apk on system by way !
1) Determine the package name of the app, e.g. "com.example.someapp". Skip this step if you already know the package name.
adb shell pm list packages
Look through the list of package names on your system and try something with "camera" name
2) Get the full path name of the APK file for the desired package.
adb shell pm path com.example.someapp
The output will look something like this: package:/data/app/com.example.someapp-2.apk
3) Pull the APK file from the Android device to the development box.
adb pull /data/app/com.example.someapp-2.apk
Hope you success
I think the easiest way will be going to LG shop, check G4 and take the app from it

it's out, just not in your place. it's available on amazone and the likes, version F500L, watch the LTE frequency, they are incompatible for some

What are you talking about? I'm referring to the LG camera application on AOSP ROMs.
Given that the G4's camera has different hardware, there's no guarantee it will work on the G3.

The S3 firmware has been out for a while and it comes with lot of suprises! Like it is 1GB in total!
Another surprise is that it comes with S-Voice and Many more features! Currently, I have tested S-Voice on AOSP ROM (SGS2! DUH!)
On to the How-To guide:
Things Needed:
AOSP or CM9
APKs package from here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1662050 (All APPs are included so that you can play and test all of them if they work)
Patience
Process:
Just Find the voicetalk.apk and put it on your device.
Make sure Third-Party Apps are allowed to install!
Now go to that apk with a File Manager on your device.
Then just install it as a normal apk and there you go!
Congrats you have S-Voice!

It's kinda slow due to slow connection between Samsung servers but still it's Awesome!

Hum fine !
But now, you've got to edit somes files to make it works. --> Or 'Network Error'
Source :
http://news.softpedia.com/news/Samsung-Blocks-Unofficial-S-Voice-Service-Usage-270794.shtml
Go in Root Explorer, open /system, edit the "build.prop".
Replace all "GT-I9200" by "GT-I9300", and "galaxys2" by "galaxys3".
Then Reboot.
After That, all Right, and let's play !

Actually Samsung has busted S-Voice for the unofficial devices other then Galaxy S3, so this actually doesn't work. To fix it replace GT-I9100 values in the build.prop file to GT-I9300 to cheat Vlingo's servers.

Try here, All credits go to MyLifeRocks10 for the link, its one where you dont need to change build prop. Also Ive found that disabling the wake up command stops the FC i was getting, and i havent had a network error since.
i think changing build.prop will cause market errors

hi guys ..hi all Friends
Hi again, I came up with an application on your serve
Well we know the program description:
It was exactly as the name implies, the G2 ROM Kit Kat, for you know the promise LG has finally got the update gave us more camo and We have a G2 phone with one of them even got into G3 and programs that optimize okay there we could use
Education:
1: A phone number or optimus G and optimus G pro
2: You must be routed
3:Install apk xposed.installer The latest version
Sit down and go into this part of the program
{

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Now that's my line around it and click the option that you verify all messages to your phone will restart.
4: Install the Module g2_tweaksbox-1 The latest version
Plan to install the program you must go here to get xposed.installe
Now tick the box to enable the module when it's
5: Install the latest version of the module xposedlgg2
Exactly the same thing done on P4 did you give for doing it and a restart
Just to be able to use all features of this module is to buy it from Google Poly
Here are photos of the modules purchased on my phone
I wanted to go and change the way the phone Providing too few photos from my phone
You will not find a more thorough training never notes
If you want to know the trouble you have all these features in your phone to help his friend Arthur.All this in one place for us to put in your rom
I can't active full version
I've searched on the forum but I surprisingly didn't find anything. So here's the picture of what happens.

I've tried both PIE support from play store and g3 tweakbox, same problem, the selection window below stops where the softkeys are " supposed " to be, don't know how to solve it

D855 version and 4.4.2 rooted
v10e,f,g,etc? first, try reinstalling dual window. apk with titanium backup, and if that doesn't work, and if it means that much, try upgrading software. you'll be able to stay on KK. otherwise, may as well go to LP. it works well and there is one click root + twrp

v10g eur, thanks I will try that! I really don't want to go lollipop I've only heard complaints about it, killing batteries etc
quite the opposite for me; I had a 9000 mah zero lemon battery on my g3 in KK days, now on LP I use the normal battery because battery life is good enough. create a nandroid, move it to your external sd card, clean upgrade to LP with LG flash tool 2014. if you don't like it, just restore to the backup and it's like nothing changed
up.
anyone encountered this?
OP, report back what you have tried
Developer community works hard, sometimes it becomes so useful and one such case is here now. Pixel Launcher from Android O Beta which has been exclusive to Google devices such as Pixels and Nexus running Android O Beta is now available for almost any Android device running Marshmallow 6.0.1 and above. The best part, it isn't any zip that you need to flash instead, now we have a patched APK which cuts down all the hassle and you can have the newest Pixel Launcher on your device straight away as far as your device runs Marshmallow or above.
Thanks to linuxct, the xda user who ported this app which has been tested with various devices from Samsung, Moto and OnePlus (only those which are running Android Marshmallow or above) and running smoothly without any problems. This launcher adds app shortcuts straight when you touch and hold the app. If you see and error while accessing the Wallpapers section, please confirm that Google Wallpapers app is installed on your phone because without it, the error will popup saying the app is not installed. If you have been using older version of Pixel launcher till now, please uninstall and then install this patched version, your setup of the homescreen icons might not remain the same as it was on the previous version. Here's the file

I think that happened because when I installed I was using wi-fi. When I left home and start using only mobile connection the temperature appeared.
Anyway, the launcher works great, but I'll wait more time for some upgrades, like the options when we hold the apps icons

i recently purchased a lg g8 demo of supposedly 128gb, but i can only use 4gb.
I don't want to switch to another room, as I have read that the wifi doesn't work. So I'm just looking for more storage.
With a file explorer I noticed that some repeated folders occupy much of the memory and I would like to know if they can be removed with some adb command.

HI what is the path of those files I am interested in knowing Have you managed to root your brother lg g8?
Don't think there's an adb command to remove them. But why not just delete the folders from the highest level with a file manager? Just click the beginning directory and select delete?
They look strange to me, odd name, all created with the same date, and taking up tremendous amounts of space. If u didn't create them, delete them. My opinion anyway.
cheers
Theres actually just not a 128gb storage chip on those demos...safe to say its a 32
gb chip
How have you able to obtain 32 gb of space?
