Lewa rom is already posted by @ashishgamer
But i thought the procedure was bit lengthier and complicated
So, posting a simple and another easy way
1. Get Flashify app from playstore or any other source dosn't matter.
2. Download lewa recovery from https://www.mediafire.com/?3j3la130jydk4s9
3. Flash the recovery then with flashify app.
4. Then download the rom from http://bbs.lewaos.com/down_detail.php?id=94
5. copy the rom to sd card
6. boot into recovery and flash the rom.
7. Bingo! you have flashed the first ever custom rom for your nokia x now.:good:
IF Some How I Helped Then A Little Thanx Would Be Appritiated....

you dont have to select twrp or cwm you just have to:-
1. go to flashify app
2. click on flash header then click on recovery option
3. then there would be three options (choose file ,cwm ,twrp) click on choose a file.
4. then select lewa_recovery_nokia_x.img from your sd card.
5. enjoy the lewa recovery.

You have to flash it with adb, using certain commands. I cant explain you how to do that exactly for this phone coz my phone is a lava V2s+ (without camera) so not the same type as this thread is talking about...
But a simple google search will do the job, its the same way as flahing a factory image on a nexus device.

Hello.
I was on OxygenOS v3.2.4 before flashing FreedomOS v1.6-CE. I made a clean flash. The device booted up fine although various mods(audio mods,multi-window etc) that i selected in the aroma installer were missing. After booting up,i realised that my root as well as my recovery were missing. Any kind of help will be appreciated. Please look into this matter guys.
Thanks.
Just get into fastboot and flash twrp from there, as you did originally... And freedom is is boring, get yourself slim6 or dirty unicorns
Fastboot TWRP then reboot in TWRP and install Supersu.

Yes,my device was encrypted but it didn't ask for any password. I restored a backup i had but it doesn't allow me to change the encryption in the security settings.

To successfully install Xposed you need to permanently decrypt your device, install magisk and then systemless xposed.

To Decrypt follow instructions till step 6 - [Guide] Magisk Root honor 8 Pro Oreo [Decrypted Only!]
Then flash the TWRP for H8P oreo - from here [RESTORING] DUK_FullOTA_ROM_flasher (contained in the ota flasher zip)
Then flash magisk from here - [Magisk] [EMUI 8.0]
Then install systemless xposed from magisk modules.

The method which I know is, boot in TWRP, once you have decrypted, and open file manager then, open internal or root/system storage, if you can see legible names that means you are decrypted. It should remain that way every time you reboot.
sorry i am adding another image
i am getting this bro can u take a look over it

You're on path "/root", that folder is probably empty.
System path is just "/" . Can you see names in internal storage on TWRP?
The fact that /root is readable means that you're decrypted. Otherwise all the names would be somewhat like "awscysrycsy"
i messed up again and now i am in trouble bro cause of xposed, now twrp installed but if i format the data and factory reset the phone, it shows this

My Realme X2 Bootloader is at unlocked status.
Tried to flash TWRP recovery img.
it is showing finished in CMD, but phone not getting into recovery mode. it's stuck at Realme Logo. Manually pressing Volume UP+DOWN+Power to completely switch off screen then leaving power up button (Only power + Vol DOWN in press mode), phone then enters fastboot mode. tried flashing stock recovery too, but in vain.
I was currently on realme UI 2.0 before starting this.

Sorry for keeping this thread open till now!
The mistake i have done is i flashed wrong twrp file.
Infact TWRP website showing wrong TWRP recovery for RMX1992.
When you search for the twrp RMX1992 Realme x2 it always directs you to RMX1991 Recovery.
That's the problem
anyway i switched to orange fox and flashed Pixel extended.
Thanks for the threads which helped me
Appreciate your response @nt worker

Try flashing the original farmware along with the recovery img from the official realme web site or any web that suits you but do it at your own risk as many website claims that they have the official farmware but sometimes that the opposite of it.

Are you sure you are using right version of TWRP?
please double check it, or else please shift to orangefox, if you're not finding the right TWRP.

This is exactly what I did when I'm stuck, have a backup. Even though not sure whether OZIP will work. Gladly it worked for me as well when I'm stuck. Don't be afraid to try with the latest TWRP and a custom ROM you prefer, Now you got to know the root cause you can easily flash and move to custom ROMs
