[Q] update of micromax

hello sir i want to update my android version in micromax canvas 2 plus can you help me for solving

Mention the android version
Mention the version of andriod you are using now
It will be easy to tell if you got update or not

I am having problems in downloading or updating google inc. Apps like google,google+YouTube etc. From google play store
I am getting error like this
"Your device is not compatible with this version"
Device name:Micromax Canvas a1 with android one
Android version: 5.1
And I have also not rooted my phone and will not for a year.
Please someone solve my problem

Need help my lg G2 LS980 not updating to 5.0.2

hi,
i have lg G2 LS 980 unlocked i am using in Pakistan. phone runs fine no issues, but its on kit kat 4.4.2 official not rooted when i try to updated my phone doesn't matter WiFi of cellular network it not updating just hows error " could not connect to updated server please check network connection" i want to upgrade to 5.0.2 office ROM, can any one explain y this is happening and what solution for it

Problem with data mobile

I've got a problem with data mobile on my stock rom or any other rom based on stock rom. Everything is OK when I install lineage 16. What is the problem? Please help me
