Kit Kat MIUI ROM steps to install
I am new and have never done this before. So can anyone please guide me in installing the ROM mentioned in the thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/ascend-p6/ascend-mate/kit-kat-miui-rom-t3084452
Looks like the only issue is with the location services and I would like to get this on my phone. Mods can guide me to threads that may be of help but I am interested in getting the information from the guys who have installed the same.

Have you ever flashed a ROM before? If your answer is no to this then it is probably no to the rest of questions
Is you phone already rooted?
Which recovery do you have installed?

I have not flashed a ROM Not ever in my life. If Huawei had provided OTA updates, i wouldn't have to think about it either. But now I have to learn and do. Kindly do point me in the right direction and be assured of my gratefulness.
Phone is not rooted and don't have recovery installed. Need help here as well. Sorry if this is asking too much. Thanks.

Beanstalk 4.4.4 Root Apps Issue
Okay, so if I have totally missed something please be kind and let me know, because I very cautiously waited about 6 months to dive in and root my Sprint Galaxy Note 2 for fear I would brick it, but went ahead and have rooted and installed the Beanstalk ROM...
Man, I gotta say I love it because it is so customizable and is really easy on battery life so far.
I am running into an issue though while trying to install rooted apps like AdFree, where the app is requesting permission but Beanstalk won't allow me to select the option to allow permission. It eventually times out and denies the request...
Any thoughts? Like I say, I may have missed something that at this point would be over my head, so I thought I would ask since I'm a noob at this...

Hi,
first oft all, I really like the Rom, although it was a little tricky to install. (Had to add twrp again...)
However, I've been unable to find some features, like for example tap2wake (which I consider very nice ...)
The other stuff I hope I am just too tired to find right now...

Issues with Graphene
I am brand new to rooting/flashing/ROMs.
I just flashed my S3 to Graphene as more of a last ditch effort because I thought I bricked my phone. Luckily I got it to work and can at least make calls/text. My problem is that I have no apps. No App store, no apps at all. WTF am I doing/did wrong? I tried a couple of Play Store apk's but nothing works. I got nothing and I need help.

i tried to flash this rom but installation aborted cause i forgot to convert my f180 to e975 and also didn't backup old rom. now my phone stucked on lg logo. is their any way to get my phone? or anyway to transfer my old rom into phone. phone only showing lg logo nothing else but i can open recovery mood by pressing volume buttons.

what ROM should I use for SimpleKernal?
I have a T-Mobile Galaxy S6 Edge (SM-G925T). I would like to flash the Simple Kernel that has been made for it. My question is, What ROM should I use and Would anyone be able to give me instructions on how I would be able to flash the specific ROM and the Kernel?
I have already rooted my device, yes.
I do not have a custom bootloader, thinking of doing Clockwork since I've used it before, but I'm open to new suggestions.
I'm not terribly stupid when it comes to this stuff but I'm also not the smartest either.
Any help would be amazing.
