I've had my Fire TV rooted before but updated my Fire TV to the latest version 2 weeks ago. Since updating I can't play titles.
It loads till 99% and then gives this message: This title can not currently be played. Please try again later, or select another title.

What have i tried:
Factory Reset
Change DNS to Google Public DNS
Clear Data&Cache of amazon apps
Power off Fire TV for 30 seconds
Unregister & Register Fire TV
Logout & Login again in Netflix App
Is there something else I can try?
What solved the issue: using another HDMI cable.

I have been trying to install movies by re-sizing to 1024x600, but still can't get full screen. Even when trying other sizes and get a little closer, I still can't get full screen. Does anyone know the proper re-sizing for the Acer A100?
(Solved) Installing Movies
Ok, I finally figured out the full screen size for installalling movies onto the tablet. One of the key things I noticed, is that the players seem to keep a line below the video, and that must be the reason why the 1024x600 doesn't work. Anyway, I set the sizing to 1024x540 and that worked:

I recently changed ISP's and now my Fire TV boxes won't stay connected to wifi. Switched to Spectrum (Askey 802.11ac wave 2 router). The boxes connect to wifi for about 10 seconds, disconnects, then reconnects again after another 10 seconds, then disconnects ... on, and on, and on .... Not sure what wifi setting can be changed for it to stay connected. Can anybody help me out? I've tried several "fixes" that I found through searching, but none seem to work.

Did you find a solution? I'm currently having the same problem

Hello, on my Fire TV Stick 4K (mantis), I have rooted and debloated it using the following 2 links:
- https://forum.xda-developers.com/fire-tv/orig-development/unlock-fire-tv-stick-4k-mantis-t3978459 (root)
- https://forum.xda-developers.com/fire-tv/general/customizing-fire-tv-stick-4k-mantis-t4025723 (debloat)
So far so good, however, I am having a problem scrolling down in an app. To explain, if you look at the attached picture, I am unable to scroll down using either the Amazon remote, or a bluetooth keyboard / mouse combo. There are a number of options in the program windows that I need to scroll to (I know this because on my phone I can see all of the options), but can't figure out how to do this.
Any help is appreciated!

I warmly welcome.
As in the title, I'm having trouble with my Metz TV.
After reading dozens of websites, I decided ask you for help.
The problem is when I turn on TV, on the screen I have message - Your device software cannot be checked for corruption. Please lock the bootloader android tv.
And everything would be fine, if not for the fact that the TV turns off after 10 seconds.
I tried press on my remote different key combinations which i found in the network however, without success..
It means I can not connect it to my computer, can not restore fabrical settings, can not do anything.
Are You have any ideas, solutions how can i fix this ?
On below I attach pictures how this looks.

Hello guys,
I think many of you know these advanced options of the fire tv stick.
For my current project I need to be able to query the displayed video information (especially the color standard) via commandline or some libary. I have almost no experience with android development, but if someone has a solution I should be able to figure the rest out myself.
I suppose I would have to root the fire tv stick. After that I have no idea what to do. Since the information can be displayed via the advanced options, I assume that there must be a way to query them via command line or a libary.
Maybe someone with more experience in this field has an idea
