Hello everybody
I am a new owner of a samsung galaxy note and an addict of html5 grooveshark
I used to listen to groove shark on my htc sensation (ICS) and now it's impossible to use the html5 grooveshark on the galaxy note 2.
I tried several browsers (chrome, firefox, dauphin) , i tried to install flash player, I wipped my phone and installed revolution HD, I tried all of this on wifi and 3g and I still have the same problem :
when I select a song to play , or a have a continuous download circle or the song wont play and jump directly to the next one.
I tried the grooveshark app and it works (for the radio) but since the html5 web site should work, I am not really busy to pay for something I can get for free.
Does anybody faced this situation ?
Thank for your help

Thank you for your answer
I tried tiny shark and it's working.
But it is strange the the html5 website is not working on a brand new phone.
Do you have the same issue on your phone?

I do on the ATT version.
The app itself barely works too.
Not sure what happened. They haven't updated it in a while. Still at 2.7.1
I found a few threads elsewhere on XDA, but I thought I'd go ahead and ask here in Note II land. Is anyone streaming Amazon Instant Video (Prime) on their Note II? If so, what are you using? I've seen the "install flash and set browser to desktop mode"method, but wanted to see if anyone had some reasonable success doing this.
Install flash player.

Then play Amazon video from thier website on the Android's default browser. Yes, you do need to setup the browser as "desktop".
It works fine for me. Though still have the same quarks that you get from any Android device.

Adobe is as dead as a Dodo. It will not work on 4.2 and up. Only three browsers – Puffin, Photon, Flashfox – support Flash in websites. Adobe Flash Player is not required to be installed for these browsers as they use the cloud to process flash content.
The Dolphin Browser workaround http://www.cyberfreewishes.com/2/pos...link_click_pro will not work on Fonepad 7 - its Jetpack engine won’t install, either direct or side-load.
Firefox Nightly (with the Shumway ext. which is supposed to replace Abode Flash) can’t be used on Fonepad 7 either… it crashes every time it’s opened.
Thanks Man, do You know whats the best browser between these?
About quality of live streaming videos i mean

All three are pretty poor because of the way they process flash streams - Flashfox was cripplingly slow the last time I used it, and I think you still have to subscribe to use Puffin's flash. So I'd go for Photon. I've given up watching Flash sports streams on Fonepad 7 or anything beyond Android 4.0 - too much frustration.
I installed Firefox, Chrome and AdobeFlash in my AFTV. However, my flash videos are not working. Is there any setting that missing?
Really appreciate the help
Thanks

Try again after rebooting with ctrl+alt+delete.
Did you get the latest/last Android flash version from the adobe archives page?
Make sure the plugin setting is not disabled entirely.
After a while, video based actions fail completely for some odd reason until I restart my device.
This problem makes all forms of YouTube, and all SWF and flash player related videos fail to work.
Get an swf player app and an swf file like Ultimate Sonic Flash to test it with if you wish.

This worked for me. Can't get perfectly smooth video unfortunately, but it's still good.
That version does not work in offline swf players (blue lego block).
Get the official version from the adobe archive page by scrolling down to it.

It is made for 4.0 ICS,but it works on Fire TV with 4.2.2 JellyBean.
Thank you all for your reply. I installed Puffin which fulfilled my requirement.

I am not a fan of mobile games so could someone suggest me some good apps that I should download?
Plex is superb.
OneNote is a must.
Tapatalk and Relay are very good.
Google music for my music necessities.
Carcassonne is one of my favorite games if you're interested in trying a new one.

Just use Samsung browser in night mode and go to read comic.to
Why would ya cast netlfix to Chromecast that's so dumb when it can directly play from that or TV.
Read draw on PDFs already tab s3 comes with Adobe and with write capabilities

The Netflix app has a cast button which loads Netflix on the Chromecast then using the phone/tablet you select what you wanna watch, so in a sense the Android app is like a remote for the Chromecast. Kinda dumb why you would judge without knowing what your talking about. Also my tab didn't come with Adobe. Sorry i don't do things like you.

Sorry to see you are so far behind in the world.
I guess you don't got a smart TV then. Android TV? Voice control?
It's not like YouTube to TV so that sucks for you.
Going through all that trouble.
You know, what you're doing there is actually a setting u can call it a trick but I don't know if I wanna tell you.
And honestly since ya don't got a HDR TV I suppose it's better to watch on tab itself ...
Well about Adobe, man I give up. Some people just don't apply logic. You must be one of those older generation or some rich dude who doesn't spend or just some retard.
Then again I'm a Mensan so I won't judge. You live your tier 3 life man, AI is what's happening in case you missed it.
And by the way, I absolutely know what you're talking of would have been better to buy a compute stick instead of Chromecast coz google really rapeyd ya on that one.
Lol
And Netflix is so 2010 nowadays a psarip will do.
Amazon people don't rip much.
Also I'm just paying 7 USD per year for it.
I tried Nextflix too and I paid for a month as well.
Not worth plus the internet it sucks it's better to just torrent from uni

Flud as a torrent download mgr.
Smart View for casting content to smart TV.

Microsoft exFAT/NTFS enabler for USB OTG + FX file mgr.

These are all art apps. Markers is completely free..as in FOSS no ads, available to download source, modify and compile yourself (from github--playstore has compiled binary of course)etc.
The others are proprietary and...not terrible. Autodesk has made sketchbook pro for win/OSX (they're the same to me) .. totally free, not sure about sketchbook for android as I bought it years ago and cant tell if its paid or not since it's on my tablet.
