Stock ICS or Sense 4.0?

Just a ROM question but also I want to hear from you guys that are more experienced with different roms. I tried both but can't make up my mind! hopefully you can point me in the right direction. Thanks!

Not yet in kit Kat. But it was in earlier version of cm.

About 5 months ago when i had the S4, a guy in the International s4 forums said he almost had wifi calling working on his cm11 builds, but never completed it. cant remember his username, he also made the dual boot mod for the s4.

The Nexus 4 and T-Mobile S3 had bounty threads for this. The N4 bounty topped out at around $1,400 if I remember right. Both bounties were not collected. Even though the source is released and it is "possible," in over a year no one has completed it.
