I use Permissions Denied by Stephen (Stericson), I can't post links here though.
But I think you easily can find it on market.
Search for DroidWall on market.
Every rooted android phone should have this installed...

Root explorer or ES file explorer and delete apps you don't want in /system/ app

Mind you, for system apps you will need root access.
Titanium backup and root paid version just freeze them.

What bloatware do you think is in your Nexus 7 anyway? Just disable them using the built-in mechanism, no need to remove anything.
Yea I've compiled aroma installers just for removing bloatware but this is usually carrier related garbage or touchwiz/motoblur/sense stuff. None of that exists here so I wouldn't even spend the time creating that. I don't think there is any bloatware here just maybe "unwanted" apps. which once rooted can be easily removed or just frozen/disabled.
where are bloatwares in a stock jellybean rom?simply deactivate what you don't want\like..no need to cancel..for example a rom like bamf has built-in the tool to deactivate system\apps.very usefull for a person in yours position..
As a matter of interest what apps/files can be frozen via titanium? Anyone got a list of which are safe to remove?

I'm interested in this too. My device isn't yet rooted. You can force stop apps from settings but I believe they start up again at reboot which is annoying. Maybe time to root my device!

NO! There is a Disable button on the same screen with the Force Close that disables apps since ICS.
Hello every one.
And I am sorry if my question was asked before, but I couldn't find any proper answer to it.
Generally I had the international version of the galaxy SIII and the Samsung keyboard that comes with it supports far so many languages than the American version that comes with t-mobile.
Is there a way to port the international version keyboard to the t999.
I tried to remove the current apk of the keyboard with titanium backup and install the apk for the international version but it say apk not installed, I don't know if there is any further steps that I need to do.
And please I am not interested in any other keyboard suggestion.
Since no keyboard on the market can match the Samsung keyboard in style and function in my opinion.
I appreciate what ever contribution you many present and thank you all.

You should just be able to copy the apk to/system/app using a root explorer

Did that so many timed didn't work I believe that there are a build. prop files associated that I can't locate. It keeps saying app didn't install.

may need to rename the other samsung keyboard (original name).bak then install it. make sure to have a backup keyboard installed though.
same problem here...
did you succeed in doing so?
can you elaborate on the proccess (which files did you replace? what other stuff did you do?)
I would recommend installing it as a regular apk file by just tapping on it in a file explorer and letting the installer install it.

Looks like like you are trying to manually install it via package manager. You have to copy and paste the physical apk to the /system/app directory.

copy the apk and paste it in root explorer and fix the permissions.
I will try it tonight

You also could just unzip the apk for darthstalker And replace the apk from your current ROM in system apps that way you don't have to mess with modding files.

Yep. I explained it in another thread so I'll just copy and paste it here:
FYI, to install APKs directly from your Fire TV without the sideloading nonsense, grab a SQLite editor and meander your way through Settings Storage/Settings/Global to change the value of "install_non_market_apps" from 0 to 1.
Got it.. Thanks man

Is there any db to change so xbmc shows up on the home screen?
