Hi. Is it just me but on this screen size it would be much better to have 5 vertical lines on home screen? My Zenfone 2 stock theme has only 4x4 option for icons on home screen. Even my old Zenfone 5 had more five vertical lines.
Is it possible to use Zenfone 5 theme on this Zenfone 2?

you can choose it to your wishes
Touch "the 6 dots" icon to open Apps screen
on the upper left corner, touch the 3 dots
Select Grid size
there you are, 7 options for you, 4x5 or 5x5 for your choices
Nope, that doesn't help. I don't need app list grid size manipulation. I need home screen grid size options. Two different things.

Install Nova Launcher then
You can change the DPI to 390, works like a charm. There is a thread how to do it, just use the search.

to customize my Samsung Note 2 Grids? These big ass Icons and only having a grid 4 X 4 is really annoying. I want to add more to my pages... On the Note 1 we were able to make the screen have at least 5X5... And to make the icons smaller..

I would suggest using Apex launcher! I have the pro version and can go to Apex settings > Homescreen settings> then portrait or Landscape grid. I currently have mine set to the max 10 X 10.
I know there are Launchers that do that.... But I was able to do that with out a launcher on the Note 1.
So no such luck with the note 2.. So far....
Is the Apex Launcher Heavy? does it bog down the phone.. does it have all those extra widgits and stuff like the Go Launcher.

There is (almost) whatever you want! Take a look at the ply store reviews! Try the free version first & see if you like it! If not just un install!
I have Zooper Pro installed on my LG G3 and when I try to install a new widget the largest Zooper grid size available to me is 5x2. I am wanting to install a widget that requires a 7x2 grid size. How do I do that?

The grid set by Nova Launcher Pro is 10 x 6, no width or height padding, but the largest Zooper grid size available is still 5 x 2. I am on Lollypop 5.0.1, did a factory reset after upgrading and then reinstalled Nova Launcher Pro.

Set grid to 10x7 and I got 2 extra widget sizes, 7x1 & 7x2, but thats it.

On my LG G4 the Grid size for the Apps is set to 5 Apps horizontally, is there any way to change this to 4 Apps without installing a Launcher to do it, from what I can recall on my LG G2 & G3 there was an option to change the Grid size on each scrollable page to 4.
Any help would be appreciated.

I think it's only available for the app drawer. Just go to the app drawer and hit three dots on top right corner then select small icon size. It will extend one more collumn for apps.

I could swear I had changed this to a 6x6 grid before rooting/rom and such but now it's stuck at 5x5, if anyone comes up with a way to do this without a launcher I'd love to hear it.
Still searching myself.

Found it, G4 Tweaksbox for the Xposed framework that I already have installed, works fantastics, awesome 6x5 grid now with stock/lg UI.

so ive just came from a galaxy s4. oneplus 3 is a masive step up. This may sound stupid but how do i change the lock screen wallpaper, there where many ways to do it on the S4 but i just cant find a way to do it on the oneplus 3, thanks in advance
Long press empty space on display, pick wallpaper on lower left, it shows 2 wallpapers and you toggle between lock (L) and home (R)

I tried and could not for the life of me find where to set lockscreen wallpaper, I can only find the option to change desktop to whatever I wanted.
I CAN however, change the lockscreen background to one of my ugly photos that I took, but not the stock wallpapers if I use gallery to set it.
The main thing I really wanted to do is to change the lock screen wallpaper to a dynamic wallpaper called Starfield 2, it is a black background with start wizzing by type of wallpaper, and more likely than not it would be saving energy on an AMOLED display. Plus, they just looked so much better than a standard bright and colorful wallpaper that never changes.

I uninstalled the stock gallery already so I can't check there, but if I go into my gallery (QuickPic) I can select a picture, then go to the top right three dots, "Use as" and then I have to option to set it as lockscreen picture.

not on oneplus 3, but you can do that easily on Sony Xperia Z2 and other products (I got Z2 and Z4 tablet here, both does that just fine).

Anyone found a solution? I want to use the google wallpaper apps daily backgrounds but it can't apply lockscreen wallpapers, only homescreen. Can we just delete the lockscreen wallpaper with a root explorer?
Another happy new Mix owner here. Given that the main feature of this phone is the bezel-less screen, this makes the home screen layout and wallpaper choice particularly significant to the overall effect.
I usually go for something dark but in this case I have gone for bright and minimalist to bring out the edges of the screen.
What are others doing?

Here's mine - Using TSF launcher, shame it no longer seems to be supported, but it's an awesome super smooth launcher with Elun icon pack. The clock is a TSF animated widget.

Some of my screens, using c locker for my lock screen and it has my personal info so not sharing that.
Wall paper is a live wallpaper I set up for water ripple effect.
Home bottom got cut off a bit when I took screen shot, it's should be full screen. And should be no notification bar on top also.
