Can anyone share the apk's for these free games from the amazon appstore? into the dead and madden mobile. the google version dont seem to work right. into the dead isnt recognizing the gamepad and madden crashes. my phone isn't compatible either so it wont let me download it to push it to the fire tv.

Anybody have a working Scrabble apk for the Fire HD 8.9 running CM11? downloading from the play store doesn't work the screen resolution is wrong. I play it alot. I also can't seem to get amazon app store installed. Is this a block from Amazon on a rooted Fire HD? If so does anyone know of a work around?

Another game that belongs on every tab (i believe is only on play store) is Carmageddon. The free version is fun, the paid verson is so much better.
I wanted to see a FPS shooter running on my Fire, I googled, found "Dead Effect" - and it does.
The Fire TV has a bunch of exclusive apps and games that can not be accessed from other amazon devices or other android devices. Is there any way to download and buy (for paid apps) those exclusive apps from other amazon or android devices? I am interested in a few fire tv apps and games but the fire tv is not available in my country.
Any ideas?
You can try mimicking the FireTV's build.prop on the other device or using something like Market Helper etc but I have a feeling Amazon might have other checks in place against this.

You can change your Country in your amazon device Settings at the Website. I downloaded a bunch of US Apps, that useally not available in my Country. Its really easy and takes only 1 Minute.
Problem is the game is fire tv exclusive only, it does not let me download it from another amazon device, anyone with a firetv wanna help?

Send him the apk. I runs without problems on my other (not Amazon) android device but on none of the devices of Talos91.
How could that be possible?

I try some chrome browser add-ons in the past to get the apk, but I thin non of them work really good.

Really strange that they did not support other devices. Perhaps they work on that at the moment.

Yeah the devs sadly have no plans to release the game outside the firetv, it is a firetv exclusive like Shovel Knight, a shame because this game works on a lot of other devices at least according to the comments on the game reviews. Thanks a lot for the offer I will send you a pm if I find no other way to get the game.
Anyone from the USA willing to buy the game and extract the apk for me? I will give you the money of course.

My kids want to play Minecraft on the big screen, is it possible on the Firecube? Can we get Play Store? I searched but it’s looks like a no.

Minecraft is, or was, available in the Amazon app store. I don't think it was ever made available for the 2nd gen Cube (or 3rd). I just get an app unavailable message if I try to install it from the App store.
If you own it on Android, you can try to sideload the APK from your Android device to the FireTV. I tried it on the Cube, it loaded and got to the Microsoft sign-in screen, but didn't have an account to sign-in to see if I could get further.
I don't think there is a way install the Google Play store on the Cubes. Maybe with root on the 2nd gen but nobody has tried and reported about it.
I understand your kids' desire to play Minecraft on the big screen. As for your question, unfortunately, Firecube doesn't support the Play Store, which means you can't download Minecraft from there. But don't worry, there are still ways to play Minecraft on your TV. You can connect your phone or tablet to your TV via HDMI or a streaming device like Chromecast or Roku.
