Is there a ROM that has the ability to move apps to the external card via app manager (settings)? I am currently on cm12 and there is the option but I have the "not enough room" issue. I've been researching but no luck. Same issue with my tab 10.1 2014 ed. And had to return to a Samsung based ROM. Thanks
Folder mount app works good.

My space is slowly disappearing and I would like to move my apps to my ext. sd card. I'm rooted currently running the awesome 1.40 Paranoid Kang rom and have a 16 gb sd card. I've searched but haven't been successful in finding anything. Is this possible to do and if so could someone get me headed in the right direction? Thanks in advance for any help.
Try downloading ROM toolbox I think you can do it with the app

Sorry rom toolbox will only work if you install new apps scroll down and you should see app to SD and hit external and all new apps should install there.
try titanium backup hit the check mark at the top right and scroll down you should see move apps to SD card

Does rom tool box allow game data to transfer as well? If not and you're a heavy gamer, you can use Directory Bind to have game data to your external while binding it to the game in the internal. I'm saving well over 10gb off my internal by doing this.

Just passing along a great app called folder mount. It moves your app data to SD card like the script used on touchwiz ROMs. The free version allows 3 moves the premium is $2 and has unlimited moves. Its a good solution for me. I'm running the 5/28/13 cm 10.1 nightly.

I found out the note 2 doesn't support apps 2 SD and that kinda bums me out cause I filled up my 16g almost overnight.. If I flash another rom, could I then gain apps 2 SD ability? Sorry if this is a basic question but I'm always learning and I've never come across this before. Thanks!

Flashing a custom rom won't change anything expect one which integrates a specifid mod. (but outdated)
You can use other solutions and this depends on the rom you use (TW or AOSP).
You can use several solutions. One is directory Bind, this let's you move individual files to your sd card.
Another option is the memory swap mod. This basically folks your phone into using your sd card as it's storage solution.
You can flash some custom roms with this mod baked in

I'm using directory bind and it works flawlessly but folder mount might be a slightly better option as it is compatible with 4.2 and 4.3 roms while directory bind isn't

So i have tmobile samsung note 2 I recently updated to 4.3 and have a few questions.
When it was running 4.1.2 I was able to set the camera storage to external, after the update it automatically reverts back to
Internal storage. Anyone know how I can fix this?
Also in gallery when I try to move the photos to external it says "it cannot move because it exist already" even though does not. Help?

Anyone?
I believe there is a xposed mod, although I don't use them, that allows you to save to the sd. Also the Lenovo super camera allows

Open Camera
Click the Settings Icon
Scroll Down until you see Storage
Change it
I've noticed that there is a flashable zip for other devices (gs5, tegra note 7...) that allows access to the sd card through 3rd party apps (ex: astro file manager) offering a way around the new "sandboxing" in kitkat. Does anyone know of one that exists or is coming?
There is a SD card fix zip around here somewhere..it allows you to read/write to the card if that's what you meant..

In Google play, search for JRummy SD KitKat Fixer....
To really fix the problem, you need root and a kernel with write protection eliminated. Then you can use sd fix app to enable it
