I am located in Hawaii, with the carrier Mobi PCS. I think it's quite similar to Metro PCS.
I bought a HTC Touch Pro. I had the "basic" unlock through a company to unlock the phone itself and text messaging for Mobi PCS (as this was originally a Sprint phone)
The company offered a "FULL" unlock so that I could use the picture messaging and web services with Mobi PCS. But they also offered it at a price of $55.
Can anyone guide me as to what I must do to unlock the picture and web services on my own?? Send me a link to where I could find more information....anything that would help. I've been searching and searching for days now, and still nothing. Decided to post and see if anyone could help before I dish out 55 bucks.
Please please please help me. Any information would help.
i recently used IMEI-Check to unlock my T-Mobile Dash. I dont know if anyone else has experience with this website but after giving them the payment through paypal they confirmed my payment and said my account has been completed and to follow them to some support site to log in and get my code which i then use in this program they give me. however when i follow the link it never loads it stays in limbo pretty much forever. apparently they will also email me the code i need although this has not been done as yet and so far havent replied to my emails i sent them today. i may be jumping the gun but id like some advice from anyone who can offer. i know people on this forum have had success in the past with imei check but i do not appear to be having the same luck.

Hi, i really need help i have taught myself several things with these forums, but i still can't unlock this particular phone or root it and I have all the correct tools..we lost the phone for a day my little girl got her hands on it and my wife immediately report it , to the monsters at tmobile, so we paid 149 for insurance and got another one but then we found the phone, now they locked so no one can use it but not blacklisted and if we call they will charge us for 2 phones. it's brand new we had it a month when it went missing...i really wish to unlock this phone I already paid some bogus company and they didnt unlock it and took the money still waiting for refund.....if I could find the correct root I would root it and then have you unlock it for me and willing to pay something for it..

But... I live in Mexico, my company is at&t (still iusacell). Currently the phone asks you to enter a t-mobile sim to use this function and videocalls do not appear to me.

Provider issues. Not unlock issue.
Does anybody know why LG's bootloader unlocking website is down? It was working around a week ago, when I verified that the phone I was about to purchase could be unlocked, but now it doesn't load. It is still listed on Google. I sincerely hope they are not ending support for unlocking, as I just purchased a supported LG phone!

Still doesn unlock the tmobile version
I acquired an AT&T GN10+ off swappa brand new in sealed box. Device works great, using it on AT&T prepaid but I also have a line on Verizon and would like to be able to use it there as well. I tried to apply for an unlock on AT&T site and they said there was no such IMEI is their database (pic attached). I also tried 3 separate unlock sites with similar results. I'm guessing new devices may take a little while before they appear in DB. Does anyone know if this is the case and maybe how long it take?
Also they offer unlocks on eBay where they remote into your device through team viewer in windows and do a permanent unlock. How do they actually accomplish this, I have heard they modify the modem s/w? Is it safe? Does anyone know? Way back when, I once had an GN4 unlocked remotely and if worked fine. Here's the eBay link I was maybey considering.
