Did not really understand your question.
Your title says "App Crash" i was having the same issue and found out it was because i was running "Ad Blocker" and was making many apps crash.
i disabled ad-blocker and problem fixed.
Sorry , I was not clear enough, the application home ( launcher lg stock ) crashes abnormally

did you clear data and cache in the app settings? other than that i would say reset your device.

Look at the pictures in flipboard and the notification bar in the second screen shot.
To me it looks as if the renderer doesn't read the end of the image files. I don't know what to do about it though.

Look at the notification bar. It's more than an application problem.

I have this problem with some video thumbnails on the internet.
but today i ticked out the "hardware rendering in 2d applications" under development settings, and the problem got solved in
flipboard.
ah and the second picture, with my telephone status, is only to show you my firmware setup

i only want to know, if anybody has this problem too, like in the first picture
Try disabling developer's options, their known to cause lots of bugs with touchwiz lag, crash on deleting homescreens ...)

Disabled apps will be at the end. Go to end of list

i checked it ,reseting the apps preferences didnt help too ! @giridhargp

Anyone else have noticed that default launcher keeps resetting? I have to set my default launcher like every 30 minutes.
I also noticed that opening google now via long pressing home key resets the launcher. Anyone knows how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

there should be an remember choise option when sellecting laucher select it is that does not work try deleting your launcher reboot and installing it again and if that does not workand you have root acces try freezing the lg launcher with one of the root explorers
it is in >system>priv-app>lghome.apk

I haven't rooted my phone so that's not an option. And I've selected the remember choice option each time, but it still keeps resetting. Probably going to return phone tomorrow and ask for a new one.

I was asking if anyone else is having the same problem so I could know im not the only one with this annoying bug. Are you having the same problem?
Do you have Sonera as provider? In that case uninstall the Sonera app under lg software (update center) , had the same problem in Sweden with Telia.

well i can play easily...try clearing data of gallery from app manager...

Finally got an update on the 26th Aug... However I havent been able to access Settings from Apps screen anymore. In fact, there's no icon for "Settings" within the app drawer. Also tried accessing it from the home screen, and it says "Touchwiz unfortunately stopped!!"
Anybody got a solution for this?

Try clearing the cache partition from recovery. To go to recovery, turn off phone, press and hold vol up + menu button + lock button and navigate using volume keys

Every one might have faced ussd codes problem in custom roms especially in AOSP roms .. where in you cant check your mobile operator balance(simply to say balance info) . So for that you dont need to switch to another rom because of simple problem
Here it is .. there is an app called true phone dialer&contacts .. download it from google play store and enjoy it..
One intereserting thing is , it supports dual sim dialer also .. so enjoy it
