[Q] Tire pump for flat bottom of Moto 360? - Moto 360

I wonder how hard it would be to animate a tire pump for bottom of the flat tire effect of the Moto 360?

Watchmaker

So gonna do this ...

An hour later... No time keeping here... Just pumped up tire

Cute, but... Maybe a little character pumping the thing, his face gets red because it won't pump up.

Tough crowd.. Put that together in an hour

What would be Kool is an animation similar to the Mickey Mouse Watch face in the seconds making the Tire pump work, I'm no artist so I'm going to ask a friend to draw one up?, I will see how hard it is to make with one of the Watch-Face apps?

Neat Screen off feature

I stumbled across a cool little feature while the screen is off. Cover the light and proximity sensors for several seconds and the top half of the screen will emit an aqua blue aura that displays missed calls, messages, and battery. I know this feature is somewhat useless, just thought I'll do some digging after it accidentally popped up on me while handling the phone.
Edit: Cool, I didn't realize it was the Quick Glance feature. Thought I was going crazy when I couldn't figure out how to reproduce it.
Hmm I do not see that

Doesn't happen here, either. Is this some kind of buried setting?
I could see this being useful if it could detect your phone is in your pocket, and when you pull it out, it would show that information.
It's in settings - motion - quick glance.
Then if you scroll down while still in motion to advanced settings there are more options for it in there.

Yeah I found it, very neat. I turned it on, I'll see if I continue to like it or if I find it annoying.I turned on a few more motion features. Why not try them?
The phone must also be laying flat (like on the table for example) otherwise it doesn't work.
Yeah it doesn't seem to be too reliable plus the info goes away too fast for me

thanks for this...no more pressing the power button when my phone is on the nightstand just to see the time or battery...etc...nice feature
Cool.

Does turning this on have and detrimental effects on battery life? Does it get activated accidentally in your pocket?
Love it. Wish it was faster, though. My screen turn on lag is not good

I noticed you can press the touch keys in those few seconds while the screen lights up and it will make the drip sound... little annoying in the middle of the night.

Don't think it would do much damage to the 3100mAh battery. I'm still getting over a day's use, at least 6 hours of screen on with the quick glance feature on. According to others, it only triggers if the phone has been laying on a flat surface. So I think it'll be just fine in our pockets.

Wear on the home button?

Does anybody else have a little wear on there home button on their titanium grey notes?

No. Wash your hands every once in awhile lol.
To stop using physical buttons completely, unlock the phone using the quick glance feature. As soon as it displays the time, swipe the screen to unlock if you're worried about wear and tear.

Lol I do wash my hands. But right in the bottom right of the button it is starting to show the metal and I don't know why.

I was just goofin on ya. I would guess you put more pressure on that side.
Actually GMD gesture control is pretty awesome. With 5 fingers in a form of s circle will turn screen off. And when you put 4 finger pinching In taked you home. No need to push home button at all

Guess I will take it to sprint to see why.

[Q] Dot view without case

Is there any way to get the dot view features without having the case?
Yea...... A magnet is all that triggers it, I know this because I've had it triggered a couple times fire to my belt pouch flap catching the screen coming out.

Connect Pebble and Moto 360 at the Same Time

Anyone know if it's possible to have both watches connected at the same time? I'm not going to wear my Moto when I referee soccer games, but don't want to go through the hassle of disconnecting one to connect the other.

Yes. it works fine.
Yep...got it. Awesome that I can connect both. Love my Moto, but still have a soft spot for my Pebble...best of both worlds now.

My First watch face.

Hello everyone. This is my first watch face but I cannot take all the credit since I used the hands from the Nomos watch face and the little battery indicator circle and the actual face is from a Citizen watch. (Not sure which one) . I will try to improve upon this once I figure out how. Let me know what you think.
