I have no idea what I did before, but my Kindle Fire is now flashing the yellow triangle screen every 5 seconds or so when i plug it in via usb to my computer. I'm assuming that it's out of battery because this only started happening when it died and I tried charging it. I've already tried doing multiple tutorials on unbricking it but it's impossible to do them since my computer does not recognize my Kindle Fire. So now, I'm pretty much lost.
you need the factory charger 1.8A leave it on charge for a good hour

I've noticed that software sometimes has issues with reporting unchanging battery levels, while the battery level drains to 0%.
My kindle did this on Alien JB or whatever it's called v2...
It's been on a charger for 2 days, the light is dim orange. If I try to start it, plugged in or not, it shows the "Kindle is charging low battery... please wait". It is definitely not doing anything. Am I SOL?
Don't use the charger to charge it in that state. Instead, use the USB.
http://www.amazon.com/forum/kindle?...Page=1&cdSort=newest&cdThread=Tx3NMXJO5FPUWI9 very interesting. it might not be loading beause of a loose usb port in your kindle.
It randomly turned on today while I was sitting at my computer... and it was at 27% battery...
Today, I just updated FFF to 1.4a and flashed Hashcode's jellybean 4.2.1_r1. it was work great, and then my battery died. At first, when I plugged the fire in, it wouldn't even turn on. So I decided to let it sit on the charger. It charged for about 4 hours, I wasn't sure if it would charge while it was off, but when I came back to it, the back of the fire was warm. Now, it will boot to the blue fire screen, stays on for 2 seconds and immediately turns off. Can't get into TWRP or anything.
I didn't use the my kindle fire for a couple months, it sat on my desk, and the battery was completely drained. Picked it up this week, worked fine, charged fine. Now having problems after upgrading FFF and flashing a new rom.
Thanks in advance for any help.
I let it sit on the wall charger overnight, works fine this morning. Don't know what the problem was.
Hello XDA members,
My Kindle Fire 2 was rooted and running smoothly for about a week. Then I plugged it in to recharge it and it booted to the Kindle Fire 2 TWRP blue screen and shut off. I tried it a couple more times and the same thing happened.
Some details - I tried to charge it with the factory cable "I made". I didn't know if it would hurt anything. It happened after that. It boots up to the kindlefire orange boot screen and as soon as it switches to the blue kindlefire 2 screen it shuts off. I tried plugging my factory cable in to boot into fastboot but nothing happens. I have another factory cable on the way from eBay to see if it is my cable.
Has anyone experienced or heard of this happening? I can't seem to find anything on it. Thanks.
Did the Kindle Fire Utility, TWRP2.2.1, Firefirefire. Flashed cm10.2. Worked fine for a day, next day got the cyonagenmod logo loop, a few reboots later ok. Last night with 3/4 battery it shutdown and has been stuck in a charging low battery please wait on the blue kindle fire logo then shuts down. Charges for ten monutes then power button goes out and the then charging loop again.
what charger are you using. don't use usb port. use the oem charger 1.8Amps
