Agreed, thanks for this massive post. Apple should see this, google is not saying they have made over 200 changes, they just show every big one, which is still a lot. Unlike the apple, which say 200+ changes, and can only show 7 relevant ones(probably the most notable ones).
And yes, that is actually a very big changelog.

I counted 150.
Bear in mind Google's release cycle is about twice as often as Apple's. Also in this instance I'd say the major changes in iOS pale in comparison to Jelly Bean this year.
Really looking forward to my nexus!
I gave you thanks because someone should appreciate your work with that. Thanks

Yip, I know they(Google) have much quicker releases. Apple's ios is at version 1.6 actually, because they didn't really have any 'major ui' overalls. Also looking forward to jb.

Wow I feel glad to have jumped on the android platform. That change log is huge. Most of it seems to add subtle changes in animations and smoothness of the ui.
And yes Apple updates are crap compared to this.
Looking forward to getting Jellybean

AirDroid can be used for so much more than typing stuff...
Adding music, deleting music.
Removing apps, adding apps.
Its really easy compared to hooking up a USB cord and going from there.
Photoshop Touch is incompatible, you need to sideload it. But do agree with a lot of them. Lightflow is a definite must, morequicklypanel is a good one but does take up a notification, and also for me Battery Widget Reborn is a quality app. great battery statistics

Hi guys,
I was looking for an app to rename multiple files (as I downloaded many .mp files on my mobile through website and their names were like: music1-WEBSITE.COM.mps, music2-WEBSITE.COM.mp3, etc) I wanted to remove all the -WEBSITE.COM from my directory using mobile itself.
I downloaded an app called: FILE TOOLS - using it you can simply rename the files in one go
Also to add if you are looking for missing cover arts, try this - COVER ART DOWNLOADER
OP updated..

The website Unsplash.com contains, without a doubt, the most beautiful images I have seen. There are several other apps available for Unsplash.com, but none of them supports uploading images (comming very soon) , liking photos, cutting photos to the perfect dimensions of your phone or tablet and editing your profile.
With these functionalities I am trying to stand out from the other apps.
This is the result (I have done a little extra to please the tablet users):
This is the main screen of the app when it launches.
The available categories that you can filter the recents list with.
This is the screen that shows you all of the details from the image
The image cropper
Curated batches
Personal favorites
Editing your profile.
Login with your Unsplash.com account to like photos and upload them. You can manage your account from within the app.
Pick one of the many (and I mean many) high resolution free wallpapers that you can use to make your home-screen look beautiful once again.
Cut the wallpaper to the perfect size for your screen and if the wallpaper is big enough, you will get that little sliding effect as a bonus
If a new wallpaper is uploaded, the app will notify you, so you are always up-to-date and ready to download a new wallpaper.
When you see a wallpaper that your friend might like, you can share the image right away, even better, the title, the author and the QR code of the image will be added as well.
Or if all you want is to have a nice image in your gallery, you can save the image without any problems.
Every image on unsplash.com is licensed under the Creative Commons Zero license. This means you can and may do everything with it.
Permissions list:
Pictures/media/files & Storage & Camera: To save the images to the sd card.
Full networkaccess: Download the data from the server
Set wallpaper: speaks for itself.
Run at boot: a NotificationService will be started, that sets an alarm (no alarm to wake you up ) that fires once per half a day this keeps you up-to-date with the latest and greatest wallpapers. When the alarm is set, the service will kill itself.
The app is 7,92 MB big and requires Android 4.1 or higher
The app is fully free!
