Answer is still no.
I appreciate it! I'm going to Odin back to nk2 and see if it helps with my data speed issues.

Hi all, I was trying to uninstall some of the softwares from my S3, I uninstalled some of them, those are some tmobile softwares. But I soon found out when I restarted my phone it just stuck at the "samsung" logo.I tried to install a rom to resolve the problem but odin just kept showing that "FAIL". I reinstall a clockworkmod.tar by using odin( I don't know why I did that...><). But when it finished and restarted again it could no long turn on again. Can anyone help me with this problem? I just bought the phone yesterday and I already went to exchange for a new one couple hours ago, no sure tmobile would let me exchange it again. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

If you see this post, you should just reflash your current Rom or any Rom will replace all the files you altered or deleted. Might undo all that you just did, but that's better than having a phone that doesn't boot.

You do know they're the same damn phone right? The solution to they're problem would be the same regardless. You could always help. Haha go to your community. U should take ur own advice and check out androidcentral or something
Avoid the hassle if you don't get help and send it to sammy replacements are free. I bricked a few phones and called sammy and said it just stop working after update and they shippped a box to me to send my phone and they just sent me a new phone. One year factory warranty is free

Did you flash the sprint cwm through Odin?
This doesnt sound like a complete brick. Odin is pretty smart these days and avoids flashing the wrong stuff. And the recoveries are interchangeable between the us variants. that wouldnt of caused a brick

Just if it's a known problem, or point him to the correct downloads to restore to stock instead of our community just assuming. And don't worry what I do. I always post in the right forums.

Really I can't get any help?
So you odined back the stock rom and this is what happened? I believe I read another thread about this issue but unfortunattely they couldn't fix it. Please someone else chime in if im wrong.
I did a little searching to try to help you out. I know how frustrating it is to have a problem and nobody seems to be able to help. I found a link to a thread where they seem to have a fix for the exact problem you are having. I hope it helps!

did you return to factory specs with this stock tar file? this seems to be the only one that fixes these problems as it returns all partitions back to factory including internal storage? use odin to flash this one.

I also found this. I'm pretty sure it'll work with ZVB/ZVC. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2098477
I know when ZVB ota came out, if you had removed a lot of programs the update would fail and stop giving you the message. Just another option.

What caused this error message and how do I get rid of it? When I did something related to the settings, like turning on/off airplane mode, the error message "Unfortunately Settings has been stopped" popped up and I had to click OK for it to go away. However, it did not seem to affect anything else...
It also came up right after my Note 2 finished reboot.
Anybody knows why it happened? It just happened in the last couple of days and nothing was changed.
My Note 2 is running stock JB 4.1.2, rooted with CF Autoroot.
Thank you very much in advance.
I'm sure I'm not the first one and only one who got this message. Could anybody please help?
Thank you very much!

I don't know about stock, but flashing a custom ROM should fix it. (Try reflashing stock 4.1.2)

I would just re-flash a stock rom. Maybe stock+root. Sorry I've rooted many times and never had that issue on a stock rom.

Thanks for the reply. It'll be great if I can find out why then I can fix the root cause. We really don't want every time we have a problem we just do factory reset/wipe all/reflash and pray for the best?
It really seemed that there was no answer. I googled it and saw lots of people having the same problem but no solution.
I may have to flash the stock rom but I don't think that will fix the problem. Mine is running a stock ROM

The only way to get to the root problem is run a logcat of the error. We could guess all day long. I mean did you freeze anything, delete anything, flash a mod, use an xposed module? There are hundreds of things that could be wrong, but without a logcat it would take a long time to guess your specific error.

Thanks. I'll remember to get a logcat next time. Right after the message popped up, correct?

Yep right after it happens. If there is something that triggers it. Reboot, to clear the log, then trigger the fc and pull log

Hi forum,
I'm not too tech savvy so I can't diagnose this myself, but when my phone is low-ish on battery (randomly when <30%),it goes into a boot loop. It just happened without warning, no software or firmware updates were installed prior.
Has anyone else experienced this and able to provide help?
Thanks guys.
Yes mine too, I thought this problem maybe fix with the Oreo update but still continuing.
