While attempting to root my G3 via ADB, I inadvertently soft bricked my D850. I've attempted various methods to reflash stock but none will work because I can't get the drivers installed. I can see the device in the device manager but when I attempt to (re)install the drivers, I receive the unsuccessful install dialog. The worked before as I was able to do the root via ADB. Now, I'm stuck at the boot screen. I've attempted to do a hard reset several times and it appears to work (I get the android guy saying erasing very briefly), but when the G3 reboots, it stays stuck at the boot screen. I can get into the upload screen, but as I can't get the drivers to load, I can't use LG Flash Tool or anything else.
Any/all help would be highly appreciated.

Hello everyone.
I got a H-Mobile F1 phone and i did a factory reset, then. Tried to apply root with Unlockroot PRO, it finished saying "SUCCESS" phone restarted and it keeps on bootloap "H-MOBILE" and i can't fix that. I have Downloaded the stock firmware but i can't flash those .img, since on computer is not recognized by the PC, it says "CDC SERIAL" and adb/fastboot can't work since it do not appear on device list.
Also the update.zip from the stock firmware, keeps in stuck at 40% when i apply the update on stock recovery, or also it restarts the phone without success... this sux u.u. Anyone can help please?
Note: i have tried installing adb drivers, google, mtk, and others without work.
I really appreciate if someone can help fix my phone please, thanks.
I have a rooted zenfone 2. I checked for an update. Not knowing the risks of updating system while rooted, I installed the update, and now my phone is stuck on the boot animation screen. It is stuck on "Asus In search of incredible" screen with the turning gear. I can access fast boot mode and recovery mode, but can't start the phone. My phone has Android system recovery installed, not ClockworkMod or TWRP. I tried to install a different recovery, but my PC doesn't read the phone. I thought that wiping the data and cache will help, but didn't. Help me. I'm a 15 year old noob. My parents will kill me!! Also, I haven't tried to install any ROM's on it. So that's out of the picture.
And neither adb, not fastboot can detect the phone.
My phone is rooted, but the bootloader is not unlocked. I was going to unlock it, but thought of backing data up first. I was trying to find the backup app, but accidentally tapped on system update app. I thought there wouldn't be any harm in checking for an update... Apparently their was a lot of harm.
I also tried installing twrp recovery, but it gets stuck on "Waiting for device"
I'm in dire need of help.
I just need to find a way to switch USB debugging on...... That'll fix all my problems
thanks in advance.
I have the Z008 model, NOT the Z00A.

I have been having issues with my phone random restarting and sometimes it would go through the app optimization process. So I decided to do a full wipe and install CM13. Everything has been great for the past week but, today it did a random restart and went through the optimization process. However, this time it didn't come out of it but, instead looped back to the boot animation and then optimized again and continued to do this. I tried opening recovery to wipe and reinstall but TWRP gets stuck at the splash screen. I have tried reverting to stock but for some reason the LG Flash Tool gets stuck at "Waiting for Connection". I have tried different computers and USB ports to get the Flash Tool to work but have not had any luck. I'm looking for any help or suggestions that people can give. I am willing to try pretty much anything right now.
Resolved! Used LG Sync to Restore Upgrade and revert to stock.
Try the official LG pc suite.
Once connected, just find something like "restore". The program will automatically rewrite the complete storage chip on your phone.
Long story short my V521 is bricked, as far as I can tell.
Here’s what happens:
Turn on.
Shows ‘can’t detect corruption’ unlocked boot loader screen.
Shows LG screen.
Reboots.
If I attempt factory reset via hardware buttons, I get a Nougat circle that says ‘Erasing...’, then reboots into the above loop.
Download mode seems to be nonexistent, as it just never works. My PC does not recognize it as the right device for LG support tool or Uppercut to find it, despite all drivers being installed.
ADB was working until stock recovery flashing (which I thought was gonna be a fix...)
And now I don’t know what to do.
Basically, the only thing I have is an unlocked bootloader.
Someone. Please.
Help me.
:crying:
I was trying to downgrade to an earlier magisk version and got screwed when I ran the uninstaller by the forced auto reboot. I couldnt reinstall another version or do anything to prevent it. My phone rebooted to a android logo with an X. I tried reinstalling the stock boot image via QFIL, and it still won't boot past the LG logo. How can I fix this without wiping? Unfortunately the data isnt backed up, so I would really like to get the phone back up and working if possible.
Edit: I even tried reflashing a rooted boot image via qfil, doesn't work. What do I do?
Done that mistake..
Only solution for me was to reflash with lgup in download mode.. Use upgrade it might save your stuff
