I tried to debrick it using THIS link, but no success. Does it require class 10 sdcard only?? I tried using class 2 sdcard

When you boot using the SD card method are you getting the following:
BOOT RECOVERY MODE
CHECK BOOT PARTITIONS
COPY FROM T-FLASH
BOOT RECOVERY
WRITE 159488 sectors
FLASH WRITE FAILURE
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: SGH-T999
CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD: No
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: NONE
QUALCOMM SECUREBOOT: ENABLE
I am in similar situation. So far I have not found a solution for this after searching this forum. Others are experiencing the same, but no one has actually said what it is exactly and how (if any) we can fix this issue? Why it boots into this recovery boot mode? Why it is showing "flash write failure"? etc.

Hi guys,
I was trying to find out how to restore my phone because it's dead after receiving and installing the last firmware (Netherland PHN 4.4.2 stock ROM-there was no Custom ROM) by OTA. It was working for few days but after that my phone began restarting and finally it stopped work at all. I wasnt able to turn in on, charge it or simply connect to pc (PC didnt recognized driver - qhsusb_dload) there was no respond so it was completely dead.
I found some solution with debrick image here on forum, but when i putted debrick.img (found some for I9195 android 4.4.2 on web) into sd card via win32diskmanager and inserted it into my phone i was able to get some respond by a phone.
Withou debrick image on sd cart i can't turn my phone on at all but with inserted debrick image i have a chance to turn it on but with some kind of boot loop.
Boot loop:
BOOT RECOVERY MODE (Green row)
CHECK BOOT PARTITIONS.
COPY FROM T-FLASH.
BOOT RECOVERY..
WRITE 139008 sectors.
REBOOT
And it repeats all the time.
With SD Card PC can recognised samsung drivers for my phone but odin can't connect.
I dont know what i did once time but i get another message when odin was able to recognise it
BOOT RECOVERY MODE (Green row)
CHECK BOOT PARTITIONS.
COPY FROM T-FLASH.
BOOT RECOVERY..
WRITE 139008 sectors.
FLASH WRITE FAILURE (Red row)
ddi: mmc_read failed
ODIN MODE (Red row)
PRODUCT NAME: GT-I9195
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
KNOX KERNEL LOCK: 0x0
KNOX WARRANTY VOID: 0x0
CSB-CONFIG-LSB: 0x30
BOOTLOADER RP SWREV: 2
WRITE PROTECTION: Enable
But i'm not able to get into this anymore.
Last status is repetitive first bootloop and i cant get further.
I dont know what to do, to repair my phone or if its completely dead (mean eMMC fail).
Can someone help me with this issue or know some solution
Thanks in advance

Sounds like the emmc memory is dead. Try to use these debrick images that I had taken from my i9195 some time ago. Extract first. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_vlSjY0nNrkX001ZUs4ZUF6dXc/view?usp=sharing

I had the same issue, 2days ago (also so an Galaxy S4 mini).
I solved it by holding the 'volume down + home button' while connecting/disconnecting the phone to my/from laptop.
I have the same problem
When i put the sdcard with debrick image in my phone, It says:
BOOT RECOVERY MODE
CHECK BOOT PARTITONS..
COPY FROM T-FLASH..
BOOT RECOVERY..
WRITE 139008 sectors..
FLASH WRITE FAILURE
ddi : mmc_read failed
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: GT-I9190
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
KNOX KERNEL LOCK: 0x0
KNOX WARRANTY VOID: 0x1
CSB-CONFIG-LSB: 0x30
BOOTLOADER RP SWREV: 2
WRITE PROTECTION: Enable
And when i connect it to pc to flash by odin, it says "There is no pit partition"
When i put the pit file in odin, it says the same
What should i do?
Did you get it to work? I have the exact same problem with the same phone (GT-I9190) !!!!
Symptoms:
1. Boot loop. GT-N7102 logo comes and the device reboots.
2. Can go to download mode. Model no. GT-N7102 is visible
3. Recovery mode-Android shows up for ~4 seconds and then phone reboots and goes into a boot-loop.
Was running N7102ZCUEOJ1_JB43_deodex_gapps_root_noknox_lite_by _neopunk88 (since March'16), when the phone suddenly decided to go into a boot-loop.
The phone was rooted. I had installed LSpeed the previous night and had set it to run in recommended mode.
What I have tried so far
1. Odin 3.07, 3.09 etc
2. stock recovery flash fails
2. tried to flash N7102ZCUEOJ1_N7102CHNEOJ1_N7102ZCUEML1_HOME.tar.md5 (last stock), but fails
3. After I had exhausted possibilities, tried the following pit files, one at a time, first from here and then here and then here along with the stock ROM. All pit files seem legit and the correct ones, but I have no way to verify. I have tried first without and then with re-partition option selected in Odin. Flash fails.
4. All drivers, USB ports and cable okay as I can flash my wife's S6.
Phone still going into download mode.
Odin fail modes
1. without pit file, while flashing either recovery or stock rom, Odil fails just after sboot.bin at NAND write-start.
2. with pit file and re-partition checked, Odin gets stuck in "get pit file for mapping"
3. with pit file but re-partition unchecked, Odin fails is the same as (1)
4. I have tried setting Odin compatibility to XP but it does not result in anything different. I haven't needed xp compatibility setting this while flashing anything before.
Please could I have some guidance on what options I have left and the files, if I am not using the correct ones?
My belief is that if I can get to the download mode, there has to be way to un-brick the phone..fingers crossed.
Thanks in advance.
UPDATE: Fixed phone by replacing the motherboard from here. Everything working fine now.
still waiting for a response..
@jam_27 It is possible that eMMC got corrupted. (it's a hardware fail)
If I were you I would try to flash TWRP. http://www.twrp.me - For N7100, as it doesn't matter for recovery.
READ: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-2/help/nt7100-wont-boot-wont-charge-recover-t3504290
Thanks, TWRP recovery flash fails at NAND write start.

I wont be able to replace the emmc chip myself (don't have the correct tools) but should be able to replace the motherboard.
Any other suggestions before I open up the until.
Let me explain:
First I hard-bricked my 16gb i747 phone by accidentally flashing an old bootloader with twrp, then I debricked it using a debrick image I found online.
One day I left my phone charging over night and I woke up in the morning and found it overheated and soft-bricked again for some reason, at the time I could get into bootloader, but I couldn't flash anything, it kept giving me writing errors and pit write failure. I didn't have time to deal with it at the time so I just picked another phone.
Now --today-- my other phone --Note 3-- got bricked the same way when I tried to install linux on it, but I fixed it using a full 32gb debrick image I prepared before.
I remembered that my old phone -- The i747 -- is still bricked, so I tried to boot it up but this time the phone wasn't booting at all then after listing my usb devices I figured out that it was hard-bricked when It said qulacomm 9008, so I flashed the debrick image I found online and it booted up to bootloader but in a strange way. It says:
Code:
BOOT RECOVERY MODE
CHECK BOOT PARTITIONS.
COPY FROM T-FLASH.
BOOT RECOVERY.
WRITE 159488 sectors.
FLASH WRITE FAILURE
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: SGH-I747
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
QUALCOMM SECUREBOOT: ENABLE
Warranty Bit: 1
BOOTLOADER AP SWERV: 3
And when I list it, it says 'I9100 (samsung galaxy s II) download mode'.
I tried various pit files for various roms and versions of the device, I tried editing the image before booting up the device, and I tried booting using every possible way, but nothing worked. I've been searching all over the internet for a full debrick image, in hope I could boot from sd card and try to fix it after that, or leave it as it is.
The phone is still overheating at the bottom --around the sdcard slot-- and I'm starting to think that this is a physical damage thing, but I really want to fix this one, please help!
Hope this can help
I personally used these files
It's just my Backup
Search for the files and verify they are what you need

Thanks and all, I'm definitely gonna use those files in the future, but...I discovered that my phone was toasted and the problem is with the qualcomm chip, I think that some transistor next to the chip was deformed.
