HTC One M8 GSM

I recently upgraded to HTC One M8..first thing I did was check for installs I Installed Software update and I'm currently running as we speak following
HTC Sense 6 Android 4.4.2 ROM Version 1.55.666.4 baseband 1.16.2133 software version 1.55.666.4 I cannot get it to S Off. I used Tool Kit 2.0 and Unlocked my Boot loader Dev and Rooted using Permnament Root via tool kit I never used method weak sauce when will I be able to get S Off because I want to remove the Tamper banner and be able to update to 4.4.3 Stock when it comes out.

Tell me you did a nandroid back up first
As it looks like you have a Bell Mobility version??

Ok good follow Mr.Hofs procedures to backup and submitted to his link ....
Remember in his link do not install twrp or Philz recovery just boot up with it and do your backups and advise Mr Hofs what you have...with the info just remember to remove your serial #

Well then your not stock if you have root and philz for recovery your not stock... Read Mr.Hofs thread....

OK first thing I was asking you to see if you did a Nandroid Back of your Bell Stock Rom that you might need one day....but that won't work now cause your not stock completely........
Secondly if using firewater and gives you WHELP....... IT'S not going to S-Off.....so your SOL.....so now if you wanted to sell your phone and try another to get S-OFF...this is where your Nandroid Backup would of come in handy....<<<<

816w was not update

Everytime system show me New update available so I have download that file but it's doesn't install the update .
My sense virson is 5.5
Give me help about that.

are you rooted and unlocked? because if you are, you can 't update your phone that way

so, you should follow something like this
after you update, you can flash custom recovery and root again

One think also that after the u root
Supersu not work so have to flash stock recovery via cmd and after that it's got update??

that's possible, but after full unroot, you'll still have your custom recovery..
after flashing stock recovery you'll have to relock bootloader too

Please provide stock recovery file

I have tried this but not getting success.
Any other method for update?
My primary cam pic was not clear is it issue regarding update.

I don't know that.
BTW is your phone the Chinese edition? if so you'll have to search for files specific to the Chinese variant in the forums

I need your help, anyone that can, I want to go back to stock recovery and I don't know how, and also don't I need to re-lock boot loader, which one do I do first? Please help me, it's very appreciated

You can go back to stock recovery and have the bootloader the bootloader unlocked I did that once. who is your carrier because you need to know before installing stock recovery

T-Mobile US TWRP backup

Anyone have a stock T-Mobile TWRP backup to share. Want to go back to stock and would rather a TWRP backup than using the RUU.exe from HTC.

Soft-Bricked Desire Eye, please help!

I was in recovery, I have Team Win v2.8.1.0, and I went into advanced > fix permissions, then booted up my phone, and it would not boot up! I really need help please, someone help me out, that would be greatly appreciated!!!

I just relocked my android, I can't open up recovery, and what are you talking about? How do you do that please tell me!

Why did you relock it? Unlock it again, flash twrp, find a nandroid for you variant, put it in your SD card and restore it from recovery. That should work

I fixed it, I updated my device's RUU exe, and restored my phone, thanks anyways!:good::good:
