Remove "Google Now" swipe up action for PIE control - G3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
I want to use pie control for my LG G3 on Lollipop
I edited the propbuild to disable my soft navi key and install LMT control.
LMT control works fine on Lollipop.
The only issue is that when I swipe up from the bottom of the screen it activate the Google Now feature.
Anyone on Lollipop using pie control can help me?
Thanks

PIE Control ROM enabled not LMT

I,ve noticed that with all ROM's with PIE Control built into the ROM that pie control doesn't draw when coming out of lock with expanded desktop disabled or enabled. I know PIE is work when coming out of lock because I can go where the controls should be and they work. They are not being drawn on screen. I have to open an app then it draws. This happens any time you lock the screen or the screen turns off.
Even with lock delay. hit the power button takes you to the app you where in and pie control does not draw. even though pie is working. Don't know what kind of issue this is or how to resolve it. I haven't seen any post on it.
Edit::: only happens when expanded desktop is enabled.
Any one able to verify this or know the thread pie control is on? I know the LMT pie is different then the pie built into the ROMs like root box and paranoidandroid.

[Q] Stock 4.4.2; how to disable quick search @ bottom of screen

Australia finally received the kitkat upgrade for e975.
One terrible problem though: the new quick launch bar that appears with a swipe from the bottom of the screen means that about half of the first row of keys from the on screen keyboard don't work; space bar is now roughly half the height as before as it does not react on the lowest half.
Does anyone know how to disable this??

+1 to this. It disables the nav ring, and fixes the touch problem at the bottom.
Thanks guys, that worked a treat!

[Q] How to get rid of Google Now swipe up action?

Hey guys.
I just picked up my new LG G3 and am loving it! I'm coming from a SGS3 so this is my first primary phone with virtual buttons. What I want to do is replace the nav buttons with Lmt from the bottom. While I have gotten rid of the nav buttons, I can't seem to get rid of the swipe up google gesture, which is exactly where I want my pie controls to go. I don't just want the swipe to do nothing, I don't want it there at all. Because if it is there, it will provide instead of my pie controls.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Problem solved guys, just for any future reference try a xposed module called G3tweakbox

[Q] Completely disable google now "swipe up"? (root)

I am trying to disable the softkey nav for the purpose of using pie controls.
I am able to disable the softkey by editing the build.prop, but the problem is pie controls are useless because when I swipe up from the bottom of my screen, the google now "swipe" is shown rather than pie controls.
Does anyone know how to completely disable this action from being registered? I've searched all over for it but couldn't find anything. I'm not interested in disabling google now from being the option when I swipe up, I am interested in completely disabling anything from happening when I swype up.

Last app switch assign to nav bar key

This can easily accomplish through xposed. but somehow xposed causes serious performance issues with lags to my G3. I tried it twice, yet xposed is not gonna work well. Does anyone know a way to assign last app switch to a nav bar key. (like, long press on notification pull key or back key)
Can we do this by editing "usr/keylayout" files(root)
I tried paid apps for app switching but non of them are productive.
If anyone know a way to do this without xposed please help me out! Thank you!
