with my understanding of your post, your device model is p5210 right?
try to flash new twrp via odin,
here is the file https://mega.co.nz/#!kEUzAS5a!a6TA0xuSg-pEYxSmZxnjmcB7cNOwRCZ_MqMiwXvD65c
I have used this to flash roms and it work out fine. Then try again.
if it does not work out, try to download that file again.
visit this thread for more useful information that might work you out:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-nexus/help/twrp-md5-checking-flashing-t1762278
if you can, take a pic of that error and your device information under the device settings.

here are the specs of both devices:
http://www.asus.com/Tablets_Mobile/ASUS_Fonepad_7_ME372CG/specifications/
http://www.sogi.com.tw/mobile/pad/products/10975/spec-ASUS+Fonepad+7+LTE+ME7230CL
Everything relating cpu, memory, display size etc seems the same.
For as far I've seen the only differences are : bluetooth version, LTE and android version.
I think in the worst case you will just keep having the bootloop, or you won't be able to use LTE and/or bluetooth the way it should..
Either way, I don't take any responsibility's on me, but if it were me I would try it.
I searched for the specific rom for your device but I can't seem to find one...

try the 2 official one at the bottom of the post, the complete bottom.
There is an official one for both sku versions.
If you would expect any raw to work, it would be the official from asus, no?
If you get one of these two to work, quickly make nandroid backup and then you can continu to flash the one you want, perhaps via official update or so

Hey guys i need some help. I took out my old Galaxy Grand Duos and thought about rooting it to get Android Kitkat ( I have an International version which has never been rooted before ). I rooted it successfully however I am facing problem with the CWM recovery. When i first installed it I was getting the 'No Command" error. I read on XDA that I need to perform a battery pull in order to get the CWM working. I did that and it worked but it only works when I use odin to flash it. Otherwise when ever I enter recovery I get the 'No Command' error. What should I do?
Secondly im trying to install this rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2563557 . When i get the CWM working (by flashing it with Odin) there seems to be an error which prevents me from flashing this rom. The message I get is *Cant install this package on top of incapable data. Please try another package or run a factory reset. Error in (the file location and name) (Status 7) Installation aborted*
Thanks in advance

You need to have latest recovery to flash.
Any latest recovery has SE Linux support. Choose latest version or build of your choice from below threads and flash it using your recovery..

I have run into a problem here with my TAB S. I have custom firmware kitkat installed (yTab-chagall), and when I try to upgrade to latest Ironrom 2.5 it bricks the tablet. This is what I do:
1. boot into recovery TWRP
2. trying to install Ironrom, says it is successful (wiped everything), but get stuck on samsung logo
3. rinse repeat
how do I get from kitkat to lolipop (or later)? I dont understand this step.
Why not just read the instructions in the Ironrom thread?
It tells you what you need to do.
First you need to install a lollipop bootloader.

can you link to this bootloader? I am not very good at this.
Just to confirm we are referring to Ironrom 2.4.5, there is no 2.5?
First page of Ironrom thread under the heading 'Bootloader collection' you will find the bootloader.

How did you accomplish this? I can't get RSD Lite to detect my phone (although fastboot devices shows it listed) and I can't flash the full firmware via adb because I keep getting "Image not signed or corrupt". I'm really confused.

From what I can tell you will always get the "Image not signed or corrupt" error, but it works anyways. Idk why but it doesnt matter as long as it works . Motorola(Lenovo) has the instructions to flash stock firmware on your device, just download the firmware for your device and follow those instructions.

Did you only flash the stock rom or did you try to flash everything? If you didnt try to flash everything I would try that and make sure you have the correct stock firmware for your device before you do that. Theres not really much else you can do other than try flashing in twrp, but idk if twrp supports space chunks, but it does support images. If it really comes down to it, you can force flash the system partition in twrp, but you would need the whole system image and not space chunks.

Depends on what SuperSU you're using with TWRP. I recommend this root method: https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...overy-twrp-3-1-0-1-samsung-galaxy-j2-t3616589
Using all the files listed in this method. I got the same exact error you had a while back when I used a different file of SuperSU, but the one included in this tutorial has given me no problems.
Remember, flash to stock first (doesn't matter the build)
