Does anyone have any experience using the LG Smart Diagnosis Tool? I am able to get my phone into "Qualcomm mode" the program detects the phone is connected via com41 (in my case) but when i select the model info and hit okay it runs through some sort of flash and the phone reboots and flashes amber and blue.. it wont stay in Download mode.

this is all the farther i can get with the program.
i clicked "yes" button
from here the program runs some log info and the phone "reboots" and flashes amber and blue
the program then says that the port is disconnected

Hello xda
I'm trying to root my Samsung Galaxy S8+ SM-G955U. I've never rooted a phone before and I seem to be running into trouble. I have download the correct version of Odin and what I believe to be the correct software, although I am a bit fuzzy on how to transfer everything over to my phone. I have developer options and USB debugging turned on. However OEM is not in my developer options and every time I try and connect my phone to my computer I get and error message. Ill attach a few screen shots for reference. I have the latest USB drivers. Can I fix this? Can I still root my S8+?
Thank You

Hello friends!
so I was experimenting with my phone NOKIA and the software OST LA 6.2.8, I didn't flash any rom but when the phone was in fastboot mode and connected to the software I clicked "Edit Phone Information":
{

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
After I clicked Edit Phone Information I got no significant results from the software and now the phone is turned off and unresponsive, screen is off and the phone just vibrates once every 20 seconds then after some minutes it stops.
The phone can't:
- be turned on
- be turned on in boot menu, factory reset and fastboot
- be connected to pc (it keeps connecting and disconnecting very quickly)
I kindly ask you, do know of any solution for this problem?
Thank you very much

Hello I have a problem with my moto g7 play which is that it stays on a screen with yellow and red letters that say that the fastboot is in safe mode and when I try to revive it does not detect it, I have tried the blankflash but the only thing that comes out is "waiting for the device" and when I connect the cell phone to the computer it sounds that it is connected and in the cell phone it also appears but does not let continue with the blankflash I leave you a few photos I would appreciate the help

try running
fastboot oem blankflash
this happened to me and only way I was able to get out of this boot loop was to run that command and then try the blankflash
