I'm looking forward to know if I update my grand phone to 4.2.2, I can move my apps to sd card or not. If I want to this work (moving apps to sd), what do I do?

try reflashing the rom, wipe all partitions(data,system,cache,dalvik)
dont restore data yet.. see if you are able to use g-now.
hello, my name is elia, I recently purchased a samsung s3 clone I unlock (root). I followed several guides, one of whom also taken on this site and none are successful. I can do the whole process, it will restart, but supersu not appear. a model is a bit special e1920_v77_zlh_fwvga with Android 4.1.1 and cpu MT6577. Someone has done it? I already tried with root_with_restore_by_bin4ary_v17 and v25

I am glad that I can help someone..
Now, about that partitioning, there is this link; mtk6577gamingrig.blogspot.com/p/how-to-change-your-sd-card-to-phone.html
But I have not tried that partitioning, I rooted my phone just so I could change some things in "build.prop" file, and bootanimation.zip, so that everyone gets the idea that I actually have the original Galaxy S3..
If you succeed in partitioning, leave a comment here.
Also on this blog; mtk6577gamingrig.blogspot.com there are all kind of compatible games for our phone..

I've done everything I wanted to do on the phone (increase the memory: root + partition) and then I would be fine. but I would try a new rom willingly because I find it slow.

I would like to install Android 4.0.4 version of android on my phone.. because android 4.1.1 keeps crashing some of my games.. Like for instance "Brothers in Arms 2 HD Free++" ..and maybe I would like to create custom kernel and custom rom for this thing.. but I do not have enough expirience for this.. :/

Hey man, could you please make SP Flash Tool backup of your ROM, and upload it on http://bitupload.com/ for me so I can fix my cellphone??
Only you can do this becouse you have the same model as I do ..

First you will need ADB drivers installed, and MTKdroidTools, you can find all of the files you need here; http://www47.zippyshare.com/v/91738412/file.html and then start ADB Terminal from MTKdroidTools..
Then enter these commands;

adb shell
cat /proc/mtd > /sdcard/firmware.info
---------------
Then just continiue tutorial from that link,,, anyway... When you are done, it will be around 650 Mb in size, just zip the folder and upload it on http://bitupload.com/

everything is good working well no problem so far, in case you're wondering, yes it worth the update.

The battery is slightly worst than 4.1.2, I attribute that to the Dolphin Browser which I've installed to view Flash content after my favorite stock browser doesn't support it any more, anyways my experience with Dolphin was always a bad one, I thought it was a battery hog.

Can you please help, I upgraded my wife's n7100 to kitkat last night with N7100XXUFND4 from Samsung-update. I went ahead rooted and deleted bloat manually from system app and priv-app..don't remember which ones now.
The thing is she can't turn on the wifi both from quicktoggle in notification panel or thru settings (just wont turn on).
Of course I could always try to install again the rom..but I wanted to know what apk is the one for wifi if you know?

WlanTest.apk as far as I remember.You will know it for sure just check if it is missing

Flash other ROM like vanir or cm11 by tc, they should have move2sd option
I have read some problems for vanir and cm11 is a little heavy comparing to liquid smooth but i see that the problem is with this specific rom

yep I tried Liquidsmooth_KK and I have that problem and u can do nothing to change it ... U have to change the rom there are many great roms like Cm or AOSP , and if u want a particuliar one try the jelly bean version of it because the problem of apps to sd is only on kitkat because the new restrictions of google ...

the prob is with some roms . by now I have only on liquid 4.4.4 and it is really annoying because liquid had some really nice features ...

Can't transfer files from PC to Phone
After installing the ROM i cant transfer files from PC to Phone.
I already installed the fix for USB but still didn't got the chance to work on it.

everything is working perfect on v2.0 except one thing:
when i listen music on plugged earphones on samsung music app, equilaser working perfect,
but when i listen music on bluetooth headset device and try to open equilaser , samsung music have fc

Ram exhaustion issue.
Hi Moath!
This is a beautiful and fully functional rom but I am facing issue of Rom Exhaution. The free Ram is always 300-400mb out of 1.74 Gb. I have uninstalled most of unrequired App like Samsung-Baro,Translate & Wallet, My Magzine etc still facing the ram issue.
Can you advise anything to free up the ram.

In the actual version of the phone we have widgets screen from where we drag and drop shortcuts of some inbuilt applications, which is not available in this ROM.. So just trying to find out on it.. Thank you.... Screenshot attached for reference..

Widget available in rom .. just click option on desktop and chose edit page then chose widgets

4.4.4 is a port from s3 and doesn't stable and some features missed .. if samsung update our phone to 4.4.4 .. be sure Diamond rom will release based on that .. Thank you
