nope I don't have it, I just copy icons from various hands-on vids of m4 aqua and z4 tablet and some screenshots.

oh I see, I didn't know z3 and z2 home uses that very high resolution for its icons..If I known it before I should have drawn these icons from that resolution and just resize it to smaller ones. -_-'

I also drew that battery icons, It's from my Mod of SystemUI for XV,
(I think you can use that very same look with Flat Style Bar Indicators xposed module minus the color) and for the 5 button Nav bar I just followed the tutorial of @Rajeev from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2553416 with some layout tweaking.

You can do it by yourself. Just copy the apks which you want to change. Open them via 7zip. Move the icons with right names to drawble hdpi xhdpi and mdpi folders which are related in res folder. Than push them to /system/app and change the permissions to rw-r-r reboot and done!

the phone and some of the icons didn't come clear cuz i had to use magic wand tool to erase background! worked perfectly for phonebook and conversation!

This is a theme for Xperia stock roms and it supports most Xperia devices.
Launcher icons are not mine (Elun icon pack from Play Store) but eventually I will include themed icons.
Installation instructions:
1. Install Xposed Framework (see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401)
2. Use the Xposed Installer app and install Serajr Xperia Xposed (see http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.serajr.xperia.xposed.kk).
3. Enable the module and reboot.
3. In the installed Serajr app go to System -> Enable customisation -> Enable "Super User Mode". Reboot again.
4. Install latest Sleek Theme found in attachments.
5. Go to Personalisation and apply Sleek Theme.

You need rooted device and patched services.jar (superuser mod)

All my themes are working on Z2 as well so you can add that device to OP.
I'm sure it'll work on Z2 if you have xxhdpi assets (and you have)

I have rooted Z1 with superuser mod but i think that there is something really strange in my Z1. When I change themes some parts of it changes and some are the same as in the previous one :/

Moreover, I don't like the accent colors chosen, for example in the Messaging app, it would be better if it was a real color (like the blue in the upper bar) and not a kind of gray...

Does not work well with Xperia Z ultra. It's not colourful like the screens you posted, I get a lot of black/

@Ambor I might have a suggestion. You can make the sidebar in the app drawer something like black or semi transparent like in the background of a folder.. Other than that this theme is real good..
Hopefully not OT, but I can't help but notice that there doesn't seem to be any LP stock-based themes that have any color but white for menus, (settings, contacts, etc), no matter how 'black' or 'dark' the theme title is. Is this not possible? I know that there are such themes for CM, etc., but why not stock? Anyway, very nice theme. Thanks.

Theme doesn't change my softkeys. Actually none of the themes in this forum can. Only the original sony themes on google play can change my soft-keys and i cant seem to find any with stock lollipop soft-key among them. My phone is Xperia c4 on 5.0.2. Can anyone help?

Put some different background. In my experience, I always use the wallpapers I find on the net, because the theme wallpapers are rarely correctly aligned (Lockscreen and screen wallpaper).
You can use some random material wallpaper generator from Google Play if you don't have the time to make your own?

I dont own system dump from Xperia X phone, so i used ported app from @jimRnor ( i hope u dont mind ) thanks to him.
I just make it to work on nonrooted device.
For all sony user: this launcher is stock and clean but its have different package name and some stuff will not work , e.g. no some stock widget from sony, no badge count.. like any third launcher on market they cant communicate with some sony stuff.
As i said i dont own system dump from xperia x so dont ask for icon packs, but u can use icons pack from concept home launcher here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=64873612&postcount=2

Right now im working on grid size but il try to do it for non-osb version soon
Guys does anybody know a way to make the awesome Xperia X Launcher fully transparent? I mean when in "Home" mode, not app drawer, I would love to have full transparency in both top and bottom of the screen that are now (and always have been in Xperia Home) semi - transparent.
Bro please can you make 6 docks intead of 4 and the rest grid is normal

I can but then dock icons would be much smaller compared to rest bcs i need to resize them to not overlap..
