Check out GalaxSim Unlock on Google Play to see if this app is available for Sprint Note 2.
It works well on N7100 International version.

i wish to purchase note 3 10.1 but am in dilemma weather to go for 3g indian version or unlocked 4g version. Since, de latter seems to be more advanced. But following are my doubts reg dat.
1. Will de unlocked version receive updates while am in india? is yes, den weather in relation to Indian hansets or the place from where i purchased? or model?
2. I heard dat der' too much drain of battery. is dat true?
3. Wud it be too risky purchasing a samsung product with out warranty?
with regard to indian version
1. Did it receive any updates till now, in regard to improvement in user experience (not kitkat)
2. Does it heats up too often?
please clarify on de above issues. Tanx a ton in advance.

I'm just not sure if this is the developer version or retail.
My baseband update file name is: N910VVRU1ANJ5
I show a couple of roms on the forum i would to download but i want to make sure i wont brick my new phone.

They have different model numbers. Where did you buy the phone. If you didn't buy it directly from Samsung (not Verizon) or from someone selling it as a Developer Edition then it is a Retail model. If you received the update you mention and are running NJ5 then you have a retail model. The Developer Edition does not receive updates OTA from Verizion or Samsung. The base for the Developer Edition is NI1

Its not clear (at least its not clear to me) what you are asking. You said you unlocked - but you do not know how.....how to what? Did you already unlock it or are you asking how to unlock it?

I do not have a Verizon Sim card but Orange (French operator), so I would like to put the phone with an unlock version (XAA?)
Is it possible ?
Or a more suitable firmware for France (even if the processor is an exynos in France and here a snapdragon)
How to do it please?

If you just bought it. You may be in a difficult situation. Verizon does a sim card lock for 60 days. You have to use it under Verizon's network for the 1st 60 days.
No, I haven't received it yet but it's a second-hand model that has more than 60 days so a priori no problem there

If your phone is already Carrier/Verizon Unlocked, then you can Flash the Unlocked Firmware.
