Your Device was hard bricked.
So, flash stock rom via SP TOOL and try again.
Did you install any custom recovery, if yes then power off your device, power on and simultaneously press volume down button, you will boot into recovery.

Recently I installed MIUI 6 by TWRP. After installing MIUI 6, the recovery environment was back to MI Recovery. When I try to install TWRP or CWM, it simply shows "Cannot install the update", "installing update.zip failed". I tried many times, but still not able to install any custom recovery environment. Please help.

#flash via fastboot
or
#download recovery.zip, rename to update.zip and flash with updater app
or
#download flashify app and select twrp image for redmi 1s and rest will be done by app itself.

I've downloaded the recovery rom and flashed it in TWRP but after first reboot TWRP replaced by stock recovery.
Help me what should I do to get out of this issue.
Thanks in advance
Common issue
Boot into edl mode and flash 8.1.3.0 fast boot image and then you will be able to flash twrp again
Something was changed in the bootloader

I think you don`t need to flash all the fastboot image to can flash TWRP again, just flash via fastboot, place your recovery in ADB folder, rename it recovery.img, fastboot will flashed but it seem that recovery it`s missed but the trick it`s only that don`t boot to recovery if you don`t execute after flash recovery the next command in fastboot: fastboot boot recovery.img, when you boot to recovery wipe cache and dalvik cache if it`s necessary three times untill recover your usual settings like language, bright and others.
Hi
I have flashed twrp in fastboot mode and inserted following command-
fastboot boot twrp.img
But my directly boots to system every time.
Similarly it gets stuck on lenovo boot logo when volume up + power button pressed
If I press volume up + power button again my device gets switched off.
I have followed tutorial but nothing is working
Help, please...
Hello I have a Redmi 1S-TD running MIUI 8 latest China developer ROM. I have been trying to install TWRP for a few days but there's something wrong with my phone. I used the fastboot tools to flash TWRP and it said "Writing Recovery OK" but when I boot into recovery it shows Xiaomi logo and then reboots. When I boot into recovery mode after that it reverts back to Mi Recovery 2.0.1.
Also the "fastboot boot recovery.img" is not working for me. It always stucks at "Booting..." and it says Transmission OK on my phone but it won't boot into TWRP.
Please help I don't know what's the problem with my phone
Edit: it should be Custom Recovery on the title not Custom ROM

When I try to flash using MiFlash it shows Partition table doesn't exist.
Re:flash TWRP
Use stock MI Recovery to flash
download twrp.zip and rename it to update.zip
put it on your internal storage and boot to recovery
find and select update.zip then flash.

Hi,
I tried to install Lineage OS 15.1 custom ROM using TWRP recovery in my Yureka 2 YU5551. I wiped out the data before flashing. During flashing I faced Error 7 and unable to install custom ROM.Twrp asked this- NO OS installed. Do you want to reboot? I Clicked reboot and my mobile not even booted properly. Still hangs. I tried to open recovery mode using the power button and volume up and volume down button. I am unable to go to recovery mode. When I connect my mobile to my laptop its not recognizing as the phone is not restarting.
Can someone plz help me how to install an OS and start my phone. Thanks in advance.
