I'd like to test my solution I need backup from your HTC partition (mmcblk0p7).
If my solution works you will get a sim unlock code for free. Only the first 5 backup playing!
pls don't ask anything about my solution it's just an idea. At the moment I don't want to sell or share.
Instructions(this will copy your partiton into the sd card):
Rooted phone
Code:
adb shell
su
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p7 of=/sdcard/htc.bin
Upload the htc.bin to somewhere. Mediafire, mega, dropbox...etc and share the link pls

Just to add, you will only need to create a Gold Card if your phone is branded.

I suggest you backup the original apps in case these didn't work!
Of course you know that you should edit the permissions when copying these apps to system/apps.

If so then there's nothing i can do about it!
It looks that you need the correct "libwebcore.so" that enables arabic in web browser and gmail.
I can give it to you, but that might cause a bootloop or other problems if it's not compatible with the system!!!
If you want to get it on your own risk tell me!
EDIT: Did you change the permissions?! Tick all of them and then restart and tell me what happens!
If you can up your libwebcore.so il see what I can do with the supplied files tonight
